    Saw you played Guido Pella in a second round back in the day. No shame, wish I could say I played against a future top 100 pro

    Have been incorporating these drills (especially bouncing up and down on the edge) in my lessons for the last 10 years. My personal best on bouncing edge up is 56. Looks like you can do that many very easily.
    Great content!

      Thanks for your message Mark. Hope you're doing more than 56 now! Keep improving! 💪😀

    Thanks for the great ideas to improve your game at home! I’m always looking for ways to help with my game but can’t always get on court or find a partner to practice with. I will give these a try. Keep your awesome attitude, and keep making these videos!!

    A quick question about these drills.
    Where/what are your eyes focused on?
    For example, in the drill where you throw two balls in the air simultaneously, are you watching one of the balls? Or switching between both?
    Thanks in advance!
    (Also, sorry if you already addressed this in the video and I missed it.)

    • @sebpugatennis
      @sebpugatennis  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Kent! Thanks for your message. In the drill you're working with both balls you concentrate in the centre point, where you can see both balls simultaneously with your peripheral view. Thanks and hope you enjoyed the video. 😀👍
