A quick question about these drills. Where/what are your eyes focused on? For example, in the drill where you throw two balls in the air simultaneously, are you watching one of the balls? Or switching between both? Thanks in advance! (Also, sorry if you already addressed this in the video and I missed it.)
Hi Kent! Thanks for your message. In the drill you're working with both balls you concentrate in the centre point, where you can see both balls simultaneously with your peripheral view. Thanks and hope you enjoyed the video. 😀👍
Have been incorporating these drills (especially bouncing up and down on the edge) in my lessons for the last 10 years. My personal best on bouncing edge up is 56. Looks like you can do that many very easily. Great content!

Rafa-esq. Can't wait to hit the court tomorrow to put it into action! Been doing the ball coordination drills with my 2 girls from your old video & having lots of fun with it. Have a feeling they'll have more struggles with these football moves since they have no soccer background like us! But the dance moves we're going to kill!

the reverse slice is especially useful for left handers, to see that look at the opponent's face when we serve drive and we hit the T with reverse slice. For everything else there is mastercard.

No: 5 Dominada is not legal unless you have only one hand (ball can not be throw/tossed with racket unless one hand is missing). Same problem with No: 7 the Bouncer, which is possibly illegal for handicap players also.
