The HP set is what I have in my Sierra now. I bought my mom a set of the classic "tub" liners and they do fold in the Texas heat. I live in a cooler climate and the HP haven't been a problem for me. Still... for my next vehicle, I may go with the Tuxmat. Thanks again!
The mats looks amazing. I was reluctant to try these because the original ones did not perform well for me. But, I think I need to try them now seeing how nice they look. Also, what car seat protectors did you end up using?
I ended up going to this “Helteko Car Seat Protector” on Amazon it comes in a two pack. Now that I have booster seats I don’t really need a FULL back covering just the bottom and these have been amazing especially coming in a two pack lol have them in mine and the wife’s Telluride
If you have a good, sharp, utility blade, that little sharp corner on the door sill area can be cut cleanly and make a nice continuous line instead of that weird sharp little point. I love the WeatherTech mats the most. 👍🏼
I watched this and your tuxmat video, i think im going to put the tuxmat in my Yukon when it comes in, based on the fit and finish differences. What are you using for seat protectors under the kids car seats? Not letting the kids in the new car isnt an option according to my wife.
I got mine on Amazon search for Diono Ultra Mat Complete Back Seat Upholstery Protection it’s worked well for each of my vehicles and I know the drill with the kids there are no options outside of preparing the best we can lol
What's up u crazy mofo. Lol. 😝 I really appreciated these 3 videos. Long story short. I'm literally getting my escalade esv sport platinum today. Im trading in my 2021 suburban rst. Since day 1 on the burban, I had the weathertech. Although, for the most part, they performed well, they aren't perfect. The front is great. Virtually flawless, however, the 3rd row is serverly flawed. The corners lift and slide around. And crumbs, dirt etc fall in-between the crevices etc. It drives me crazy. Having 4 kids doesn't help. As for your sake, I see 2 car seats. It will get dirtier as they get older. Lol. God damn kids. 😅. My biggest pet peave on all these is that why the fuck didn't any of these manufacturers make the 2nd and 3rd row mats just 1 piece?? That stupid flap is the dumbest shit ive ever seen. So much shit falls under. it's not even funny. For me, since my interior is going to be black, i think ill do the cadillac ones for the front, they look gorgeous with the crest, then ill likley do the tuxmats for 2nd and 3rd. Id like as much protection back there as possible, although the tux material seems like a pain to clean. How is the cadillac trunk mat? Reviews say it's super flimsy, but my ocd likes seeing the crest on the mat..
