Sakurai put a hell of a lot of work into all of them, and it really shows. Steve is definitely the one with the most polish, but lots of effort was put into every one, I've no doubts about that.
Agreed, I only have the ones from Fighters Pass 1, I'll probably get vol. 2 when all 6 fighters come out and the glitches that affect normal gameplay gets fixed
