On day three my husband asked have i been working out again ( i took a break since February, depressed) and I said yes why and he said my butt felt bigger! Next day he called me on lunch jokingly asking did i get a BBL behind his back lol. Now we are at day 5, i tried on a dress this morning and it’s sitting pretty back there! I do think because I’m over all fit and toned i noticed a difference relatively fast, but never the less it works, it hurts and it burns the thighs and glutes! Hot married wife summer here i come! Edit *** this really works. I’m thinking about doing a video and tagging them with results

It seems like it’s on one signature move, to get down as low as you can and walk like a crab, lol. I put on a timer for 30 to 45 minutes, walk it out around my dining room table with one 20lb and one 10lb weight resistance bands around my thighs until it burns to the point I feel my thighs will give out which has been about 50 steps for me. I take a break until the burn goes away, about 10 to 30 secs and then go again until it comes back. To break up the monotony, I will do intervals on this and lunges with a 60lb kettle ball. This truly works and I think incorporating weights gets results a bit faster. Just my experience. Lmk what you think!

Take maca root and arginine and walk up steep long hill twice a day and in 30 days you will see great results, that is how i did it, and i was a butt model. Do donkey kicks while squatting. My legs are so strong that it is for me to do that.
