Sir, I have completed the test without any mistakes. These are basically simple questions on grammar. I could answer all within a seconds time. Thank you so much. May Great Almighty God bless you and your family.
This is positively great for people learning English and the word 'amazing' on the title of the video is encouraging to keep on learning. Learning a new language is not easy. So, if your first language is English, or you know it very well, don't knock this lesson for others that will find this useful. The channel, after all, is called "English lessons and quiz.... ". My only suggestion would be that the title should include the words "for beginners".
I agree with you! I'm from Philippines, and English is my second language...this channel is helpful for a 72 year old, to refresh my knowledge in English (basic).
No it doesn'r mean you are amazing if you pass the test. It means you had a normal education half a century or more ago when English was properly taught and given the necessary importance. The questions were so simple it wasn't worth progressing beyond number 11.
If the foundation is strong you can take up toughest test. Don't underestimate. Some of them don't know basic English properly. So this test was great actually.
If you don't mind I'd like to correct your sentences: "If your foundation is strong you can take the toughest test. Don't underestimate it. Some of them (you didn't mention who "them" is) don't properly know basic English. So this test was great, actually."
@@GianniDN 5th language? Pretty amazing then 😉 It is my second language being married to a British man. I studied Spanish (for 4 years) Swedish (for 3 years), Italian and "Breton" for just one year. I would say that the most difficult one out of those four languages is "Breton" (language spoken by my ancestors, but could not get around it!...) My grand-daughter is in a bilingual class Français/Breton, good luck to her! She is 4; she understands English perfectly but refuses to speak it. I am really happy for you, being able to communicate in 5 different languages!
Anyone with basic English knowledge would be able to answer these questions, so easy they are. So frame something tough to genuinely test the knowledge.
Not all students or people are english speaking..for some english is only a subject in school so when they go out either they speak or not english at all so grammar is affected
For an upper-intermediate student this test is a breeze. I presume you will soon conduct a test related to C1-C2 level. My polite greetings from Greece.
Yes i got them all right as well, i have been practising in England since i was born nearly eighty years ago. Mind you, having said that i admit that i only just got “studies” in time, i was wavering a bit between “study’s”and “studies” for some strange reason, i was starting to panic so i had to make an executive decision quickly as the time was running out. Apart from that one i answered them all in just a few seconds, some may say i expatiate far too much, and they could be right.😀.
"that I have ever gotten"..... "Have" because of "it's".... For the past: "It was...... that I had ever gotten." "Never" looks at the thought from a different viewpoint, so it would have to be in a separate sentence, such as "My score is 28/30. I never got such a high score before."
