Hello D.J. I’m a newer viewer of yours and I’m sure you’ve gotten the answer already since this is an older video, but that smaller “hydrant” here in the U.S. is called a PIV (Post Indicating Valve). It cannot be connected to a fire hose like that fire hydrant sitting just to the right of it. It controls the water for any fire sprinkler system inside a building down the line from where it sits. It’s accomplished by unlocking that padlock you can see on the side of it and taking the attached handle off using it to open or close its valve. It’s also meant to show the firefighters that the water lines are open by simply viewing its condition through the glass where you see the word “Open” and they should have water wherever it’s expected to be. It would show “Shut” or “Closed” otherwise. Its condition is typically monitored at a Fire Alarm Control Panel. In the event of a fire sprinkler activation it’s also where firefighters or maintenance workers can shut off the water supply for said sprinklers and do whatever repairs needed like replacing the spent sprinkler heads and reenergizing the building’s fire safety system when repairs are completed. I hope that answered your question. Thank you for another great video. I’m really enjoying your channel. You’re an inspiration to small channels like me. 👍🏼😎

DJ is one of the few really good ones but frankly in the minority.
30:20 Boundaries are not being pushed. All auditors fly according to the rules. If people think that's pushing the boundaries then that's their problem. And they should accept that they will be called out for their hatred of freedoms.
The fire hydrants are the short ones which have an outlet on for hoses to fit on each side. The ones with the window are post indicator valves which are used to control sprinklers/fire suppression systems inside the building from the outside. They are used like the switch on a socket stops electricity from flowing to an appliance they can shut off one zone/area of fire protection to drain it for maintenance or clean up after a fire.

DJ beware of rats in sheep's clothing, cop number 2 was full of sneaky questions, partial drone knowledge and subliminal threats, he's gone away thinking he's clipped your wings, how wrong could he be.
The disrespect to the keyring lol...should of told them the key ring identity as a tooth brush
How dare he! 🤣🤣🤣
Another good video, more companies need to watch your videos and train their staff on how to treat people on public footpaths outside their premises. Police were very good on this video, just a shame their time was wasted by Cargill.
Dj should next time the police turn up report the crime of perverting justice as someone has wasted the police time. False reports equals perverting the course of justice
Probably breaking lots of food hygiene or health and safety rules🤔
Frozen product on a loading bay 🤣👍
I can’t believe that last copper asked for the operator ID. Maybe he should follow all the rules too don’t keep your hands in your pockets and don’t leave your vehicle running while stationary. 🤣🤣
Brilliant audit DJ, the police were well mannered specially the drone cop at the end can't believe that Cargill phoning the police even though nobody actually challenged you from the company.
Mr Numpty throwing your keyring on the flow like it had a disease... Very arrogant and rude.
Hi DJ. Great Video as always, once again showing the need for Auditing to continue until:
1. The Companies and No-Brain Security staff realise Filming and drones are not Unlawful and
2. The Police stop responding to these silly calls from Companies to attend perfectly legitimate activity. The Officers are only doing what they were told to do, and respectfully.
Given the choice between being reasonable and the harder choice of being an arse, those people choose the hard option
I wonder if 50 years into the future people will still have problems with cameras!
with it being this long of a video you just know it's going to have some good entertainment in it 🤣
Yep, DJ doesn't waste our time like overbearing companies waste police time...
The best line I’ve heard DJ say in many, many videos 😂 “I’m a professional drone flyer”😂 amazing!
😁
“Excuse me, I’ve left that for my viewers, it’s a treasure hunt”, then when you followed him, so funny, 🤣🤣 great vid DJ 👍
That copper at the end is a right good guy, loved that footage. Seems a decent bloke
Falling fowl at the chicken factory 😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
😄😃🤣😄
One of DJ's absolute nuggets😋
Good interaction at the end. DJ my man, please please correct police officers when they say auditors are doing it for a reaction. Literally the opposite of what their doing. Police need to change their perspective.
"I'll only get a reaction if you give me one".
Could be a response said with logic.
I don’t believe auditors are numerous enough for the CAA to make any changes to current drone flying rules. If they did it may well affect PINAC as well and that could upset everyone who has a camera on their phone!
Not sure it's such a good idea to show us your bike lock code, mate.
Ill get that changed 🙏
Amazing that they turn up for a drone but your house gets robbed you won't see that uniform for dust
Great video mate glad to see you as an advocate for safe and respectful usage of drones
4937 Bridgwater, in the bmw was very respectful. Nice to see the human behind the uniform its a rare quality
just follow the rules guys, that way your able to keep flights safe and fun
The ‘pleasant’ cops stalked DJ back to his car and then very conveniently had ANPR on hand to identify the owner. Sneaky sneaky
Guaranteed 'marker' on their intel' system now.
I found the chat at the end both positive, friendly and professional on both sides and informative 👍
The red hydrants are American. I worked at a Kimberly-Clark factory and we had the same.
Interesting was that Aylesford
@@risingstorm4239 No, North Lincolnshire.
@@jasonkay-H2MO oh OK because kimberley Clark was quite big in kent
Cargill is pretty big here across the Channel, in Zaanstad, which is a traditionally industrialized town in Noordholland; they have a Cocoa and Chocolate Cargill, a Cargill Texturizing Solutions and even a Cargill Oil refinery apparently.
I believe it is the biggest privately owned company in the world
The Bizzies are kind of coming across as normal decent human beings in that neck of the woods. Which is nice.
Keep up the great work your doing DJ .
it annoys me as a occasional drone flyer too that you let them know what you’re doing and they always say you can not do it . 1 concern I have though in this vlog you filmed you unlocking your bike lock and you could clearly see the code 😮 .
Again keep doing what you do it’s all make awareness of the law to more people 👍👍
Lots of interesting questions, and that's to me is more interesting. The guy about 8 mins in was interesting.
My house was burgled 2 weeks ago still waiting on police but don’t worry there was a man out with a camera you would need to get him first.
I didn’t like the last copper. All that “ pushing the boundaries” talk actually showed him to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing. When you pressed him on specific things about drones he was so evasive. He’s not a drone flyer
"the disrespect you showed my key ring" mate that has me in stitches, honest to goodness DJ that must be one of your best one liners to date. Drone police man seemed clued in.. you taught him everything he knows, but not everything you know 😉🤣
Fantastic response from the police here, videos like this really help re-assure the public about police interactions
The second copper was spot on to be fair. Approached professionally and politely.
Should’ve known they would try to follow you back to your car. Bad drills even if they pretend to be viewers. They will always try to stitch you up.
Stay in the area and keep eyes on until drone cop arrives to check him out. 👌
@@DJAUDITS did you not find the whole thing a bit weird? Seems to me like they had all the time in the world, and don't be fooled, that last copper was absolutely fishing for information.
Great vlog DJ, good interaction with the 👮. The Bobby at the end handled it very well.
The police officer towards the end was absolutely right. There are some auditors so obnoxious and rude, and push the boundaries too far, the CAA will eventually be lobbied by police and businesses to change their rules for drone flying. DJ is one of the few really good ones but frankly in the minority.
If only the police would educate these private companies and start charging them for wasting public money
30:20 Boundaries are not being pushed. All auditors fly according to the rules. If people think that's pushing the boundaries then that's their problem. And they should accept that they will be called out for their hatred of freedoms.
TheSadButMadLad* You're right on point with your comment. We like your name. 😂✌️

Most interesting one yet. The nice policeman was right regarding the laws around 249 gram drones. Thanks DJ
If the boxes are battered they must be for nuggets.
I love watching you challenge when companies tell you your not able to fly. You read the regulations and they all cower 😂 great videos 📹 👍🏼
Why would a company that produces nuggets for McDonalds be so paranoid????
The shit they put in them….

Well done that police force A1 Thank you nice to see
As a bloke from Wolverhampton i laughed when he said ‘the tatters case the place out before coming with vans’. ‘Tatter’ went right over your head haha.
meat... nuggets.... fast food.... my guess is that they have a lot to hide, and nothing to benefit from sharing...
The company's food operations could be highly hygienic and the product excellent, but, as they say, the two things you do not want to see or smell being made are sausages and government policies. This food industry is well-kept and photogenic, and cameras do not yet have have a smell-o-vision option, but the fear of public scrutiny is built into the industry.. If you explained that the cameras are fake, and you are just casing the place for a later burglary, they would think,. "What a relief! Invite him in for tea and McNuggets".
