"we installed this road, so it is ours" is a common misconception. When a new project is expected to increase traffic, it may be necessary to add traffic lights, additional traffic lanes, sidewalks or other improvements for public safety. The owners are usually responsible for that, but they do not now own that public property.
I'm a plumber and a grey water pipe system does have a filter matrix it's reverse ausmoses if done correctly. It's was mainly designed for toilets but that was 15 years ago, now you can retrieve the recycled water to the point of it being used for drinking, if the company wished too

Good audit. Ill informed staff dealt with easily. You might want to suggest they forbid British Airways from flying over their private property next time, seeing as they think they own the airspace. And how exactly does Google Earth gather their pictures?
That is the whole point of all these videos it's the show people who work in these places and the police that they haven't got a bloody clue about the UK law
@@jackwatsonepic626 they seem to work on their own version of right and wrong. If they find the law doesn’t agree, they find some legislation and make it fit.

Quite a mix of personalities in this one, even within the individuals themselves! Security guy seems like he was just supposed to watch the goods on the road and/or stop VEHICLES from coming down, I think they got confused that their sign said Rolls Royce vehicles only, no public access, thinking it meant no pedestrians but it really meant no vehicles (cuz they wouldn't be able to get anywhere through there). Then Wooly guy comes out and he seems pretty cool, then he starts saying he can't walk down there on the footpath, then after a bit of tooth-pulling, he gives a very good description of the water deal and sunlight deal and walks off nicely. Other guy starts complaining that he's flying a drone but it wasn't looking at his stuff and then refuses to talk about what he doesn't want seen. But meanwhile, he's wearing a mask (although that might be because he doesn't want to be recognized) whereas Wooly is coughing into his hand and then possibly offers to let DJ shake it. Then, when he sees Masky has stopped the police, he comes up to Bobby and starts crying to him that DJ wouldn't leave his property when he did! New guy comes in and starts talking to DJ and then expects him not to record him while he's talking to him! And Dj points out that they're wasting their time, they're probably getting paid the equivalent of hundreds of dollars per hour and they're wasting it harassing people.
In law you take your victim as you find them. For instance, if a blind person was to walk past the sign that says no entrance and fell down a hole, or was to trip on an unfinished pavement or road way the contactor would be liable. Just saying.

I’d love when the police ask where an auditors vehicle is. How are they going to PNC it without a valid reason. Or could it be so they can sit on it till you drive off, then 163 & 165 you
About 15yrs ago when I was still huge into RC vehicles, I traded a nitro buggy for a drone with camera. While it was reasonably fun and very interesting, I did get bored with it. I sold it to a buddy of mine that owned a roofing company. I’d helped him occasionally with his work, so saw the immense potential for a drone in his line of work. I called him up, and met with him. At the meet I showed him how easy it was to fly, then showed how the drone could do roof inspections for him without ever climbing a ladder. So he bought it. 15 yrs later he has upgraded the cheap drone I sold him to a very fancy model with the most amazing camera system I’ve ever seen. The zoom and detail is mind boggling. I like the way you combine the 2 types of vids in your audits.
As a property-owning consumer every drop of rain that falls on my property belongs to the water authority. If I store and use that water for any purpose the water authority can charge me for it as the law says that it belongs to them. If the same law applies to corporations then Cadent should be paying for the rain water they use. There was a story going around a few years ago about a farmer who dug a water reservoir that was supplied by the water that drained of his land. It filled up during the winter and in the summer he used the water to irrigate his land. The water authority charged him for using that water as it belonged to them. He counter-charged them with using his hole in the ground to store their water and asked them to remove their water from his hole. I never heard the outcome....
What he should have done was after they failed to remove their water he should have irrigated his land with it and then charged them for the costs in doing the irrigation plus added a fee for health and safety supervision of removing their water for them.
The common denominator of these uploads....wave a camera from a public venue,,,some workerbee materializes and morphs into a lawyer, a medical expert, a secret agent, or a surveyor...happens here in the US all the time,,,but it's always entertaining...
Good work as usual. I love the way you never back down and always put these idiots in their place who clearly don't know what they're talking about. Stick to your guns mate!

You can have a publicly accessible road that is on private land. The fence line is the CDM boundary so designates the construction site. I’ve installed roads that you can access without going through a gate but which are private land. I build contentious projects which have both public protest and Trade Union process and they always respect those boundaries to avoid aggregated trespass issues. Just because a neighbour uses the road also does not mean it’s not private land, again, there may just be an access agreement between the two parties.

Since you are so interested in rainwater harvesting (lol), it does have rough and fine filters and some units have UV treatment. I’ve installed three lots and two had UV and one didn’t. I think it depends on the supplier. It’s a bit of a pain as it blocks up things like drip valves for urinals.

Its only purpose is to identify you.

I always find it amusing/alarming when people wearing hi-Vis jackets, try so hard to flex on members of the public, trying to get police to inforce laws which don't exist and seemingly get let down/upset, when they are informed otherwise. Why would anyone try to get anyone banged up cause they're filming? Those with little opinions of themselves is one reason I can come up with. So sad that people have to call the police for someone acting in a perfectly legal manner, even sadder that the police respond to such calls.
But they don't respond to real crimes.
I'd have called the duty officer and asked why a unit was dispatched and the reason.
Clearly wasting the police time which is an offence if no crime is being committed. The security company should be fined.
You cannot call the police out on 999 if life is not in danger or a crime is being committed.
Get the recording of the actual 999 call and demand action against the security nobhead.

"we installed this road, so it is ours" is a common misconception.
When a new project is expected to increase traffic, it may be necessary to add traffic lights, additional traffic lanes, sidewalks or other improvements for public safety. The owners are usually responsible for that, but they do not now own that public property.
Interesting education on harvesting rainwater from McKaren. Love the drone footage in your content.
I'm a plumber and a grey water pipe system does have a filter matrix it's reverse ausmoses if done correctly. It's was mainly designed for toilets but that was 15 years ago, now you can retrieve the recycled water to the point of it being used for drinking, if the company wished too

DJ Audits are the only auditing videos where I don't fast forward to the police confrontation. That says it all. A serious compliment.
Thanks, I also enjoyed the video.
In law you take your victim as you find them. For instance, if a blind person was to walk past the sign that says no entrance and fell down a hole, or was to trip on an unfinished pavement or road way the contactor would be liable. Just saying.
Just love how you pick apart their argument bit by bit and leave them in bits with nowhere to go 🤣🤣👏👏

I’d love when the police ask where an auditors vehicle is. How are they going to PNC it without a valid reason. Or could it be so they can sit on it till you drive off, then 163 & 165 you
I would put money on the latter option, ID it,and you,and put a marker on the car.
37:31 i love how the officer walked away, basically telling the men that he cant do anything
One of the best auditors...cool calm and collected and very well read up on all aspects.
The common denominator of these uploads....wave a camera from a public venue,,,some workerbee materializes and morphs into a lawyer, a medical expert, a secret agent, or a surveyor...happens here in the US all the time,,,but it's always entertaining...

@@Jester-Riddle Agreed, but English common law is not though , that is practised in all English speaking countries in the world. Based on the Magna Carta, it's all about victims and harm.

You can get solar panel bays which let you park under an approx 2m x 3m solar canopy plug in to charge from the pv over above your car.
Since you are so interested in rainwater harvesting (lol), it does have rough and fine filters and some units have UV treatment. I’ve installed three lots and two had UV and one didn’t. I think it depends on the supplier. It’s a bit of a pain as it blocks up things like drip valves for urinals.
Did you like how the copper asked if it was your car.......why is there first priority to try and identify you. It's actually unlawful for him to identify you when you're not breaking the law. But they will disguise the fact they are identifying you by saying its road traffic act and they can check any car. But it won't be for the purposes of a vehicle check. Its only purpose is to identify you.
