Just a week ago I built this morning pilates in my daily routine. Just 7 days passed and I already feel my body changed. I feel sleeker, taller, energizered and somehow more confident.It is hard to get up at 5.30 a.m. to start this 40 minutes workout but definately worth it. Thank you so much for your effective work!

🥵🥵🔥🔥that was a really strong hot workout - my legs are so well worked. Loved the stretches and as always the twists👍😊 did an extra one today (actually ended up doing 3 workouts plus an hour’s quite tough walk - we live in a hilly part of UK!) as got a busy day tomorrow so looking forward to the last new 26mins class on Saturday to finish week 1 😊👍💪
Super full body practice Jacinta. As always I found the prone back exercises challenging so took the second one to kneeling. Still effective. The quads definitely felt the workout today. 😊
Great strong workout love the combos and as always appreciate the back work and twists😊👍 not over keen on the 40mins but getting used to them as have done 2 this week!! it flowed well and I loved ❤ the warm up & cool down. That was 🔥🌶️💥😅💪 You are a good tutor and explain well thank you.🙏 On top of my physios exercise list, your classes are keeping my back strong, as struggling with sciatica. Needed to take it a bit carefully with the back exercises. The glute and core exercises help a lot.

Jacinta, I've been following you plans for at least 4 months now, loving it & feeling more "zipped" than ever. I'm feeling something in my lower back when not working out, not a pain as such, not sure how to describe it, a heavy numbness if that makes any sense? I'm thinking this is my back strengthening. I've repeated your beginner series to work on form & am focusing strongly on form. Any advice please?
Hey! Wow that’s some great consistency 👏 You could be right with the feeling in the back being muscle fatigue from working that area and therefore getting stronger. If it’s more of a tightness feeling you could look at lengthening your hamstrings and including a few rotational back stretches and glute stretches to help loosen the area. One of my fav releases involves using 2 lacrosse balls (or tennis balls) placed very low back/pelvis area and releasing the muscle by laying on the balls. You can shift weight slightly side to side or draw one knee towards chest safely to increase the pressure into the ball.
