Like 90% of these problems will apply to most vehicles at a similar mileage range and is considered industry standard. For example, there isn't any alternator on the market that has 100% reliability over 150,000 miles.
@@Blue-moon12lol I’ve seen and read your comments on just about every video on frontiers😂 I can you you’ve done your research and have a nice Frontier Pro 4x4
I rented one on a trip and would consider buying one, but direct injection only with no port injection to keep the valves clean causing the intake valves to get carbonated up keeps me from buying one. And it's not every 100k miles, it's more like every 30k miles. The one I rented had a rough idle and it only had 14k miles on it.
Carbon buildup around valves happens with all direct injected engines, have a cleaner run threw your intake by someone who may be qualified to do, this will minimize carbon buildup on valves.
Yes, I have the SV and when it's really cold outside it vibrates really weird on stops. Almost sounds and feels like a diesel truck. Have almost 30k. Have any of you experienced a parasitic drain on the battery? That is my problem right now.
@@sdr90137I also have a 22’ frontier SV. How’s your suspension? Bumps in the road are a nightmare with the stock suspension for me. Looking to upgrade.
We have a 2023 i use for work fuel will not read right sometimes dealer replaced cluster atill has the issue and wont replace pump truck has 12000 on it😊
Hmmm 150 to 170k miles before regular maintenance items need to be replaced? I WILL TAKE IT! Edit 5/9/24- purchased a 23 pro 4x.

So it's common for windshields to crack just for simply existing? That's new to me.
Oil catch can will help with carbon build up.
My 99 ranger has 185k on its original alternator lol

150 to 170,000 miles!! I'll call that pretty good! Wait till these small turbo 4's start dying at 75K miles and look at your shiny Nissan with a grin.

Install a catch can and that's most of your problem solved.

Yep!!
That's why you want one with both direct and port injection. The detergents in the gasoline from the port injection keep the valves clean.
Have a 24 pro4x anyone else experiencing a vibration at idle. Only has 1000 miles . Getting disappointed
What happened
Yes i have a 22 sv and it has had a slight vibration at idle ever since i got it. 39k miles

Also when it’s cold outside my 22’ sv seems to ride in a lower gear. Have you noticed this at all?
I have a parasitic drain on my battery and it's just under 30k.
[ am having the same problem
