After some excellent questioning from Mr. Beer, we finally arrive at the truth. This man should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Jason Beer should get a peerage for all of his work? He is brilliant!

He is, but not without his back up team effort.

It will, in the long term, be much better for them if they actually just tell the truth. Why is this such a difficult thing to do?? This is proof and great example of someone blatantly lieing to the enquiry. Justice is coming hopefully.

He’s committed a criminal offence by editing the original investigative report?

Absolutely brilliant, in sales parlance it is called a 'Cul-de-sac close. You ask successive questions which leads to the main question which the respondent has no way out

Sept 7th 98 POSIS investigators on oath testimony conflicts with archived info in local library. Cudent get the librarian as an expert witness but did pass on the perjury to S Yorks police who had a contract with Mandy Talbot but we arent sure of the start date.

As an investigator he should know he’s committed a criminal offence by tampering/editing or deleting anything from a legal document he has now put himself in the firing line for criminal prosecution. It’s not his job to delete any information from a legal report, he must present the evidence in his report either prejudice regardless of the potential outcome, it should contain the facts as they stand?

The first two are not indicative of a problem with the system, so the third must have mentioned systematic failures otherwise the bracketed words would never appear. Hes tried to hide thd 3rd reason but failed to delete the bracketed comments that refer to it.

15:32 This happens in the workplace all the time, and it's an invitation to accept the change
However you're supposed to put in new text to replace the old text, for there to be three reasons
Probably completely improper to edit a witness statement like this
And Ward forgot he'd done this the first time, as you say

The police are closely monitoring the inquiry, and they will indeed have body language experts and criminal forensic psychologists on board 👍

I doubt many of these people will face consequences for their actions.
A few scapegoats will face a small amount of time in prison and POL will get fined a relatively small amount.
This will cause a little unrest, a bit of criticism but ultimately will appease the public.
    Then it'll be quickly forgotten.

If he had not deleted it the whole tragedy would have stopped.
He is not permitted to change a witness statement.
He lied under oath at the earlier hearing
    Jail please.

Absolutely disgraceful Graham Ward. You have blood on your hands. This is a critical piece in the puzzle as to why so many people went to jail and why tragically, people's lives were destroyed and why some committed suicide. To sit there and tell bare faced lies knowing full well you deleted the 3rd reason as accused is despicable. Mr Beer knew you were lying at that time, but your defence was that you were a good person that wouldn't do such a thing. What do you think of yourself now?? I certainly know what I, the people that your actions assisted in crushing and what the British public think.
In fairness to the people that your dishonesty helped put them behind bars, I think you should serve some jail time yourself for perverting the course of justice, tampering with evidence and lying under oath. I hope you would spend that time reflecting on your actions, regretting your shameful behaviour and reforming your character to the man you claimed to be but clearly, now that you've been caught out, you are not.
