Merry Christmas Mr. Keav. Nice review as always sir. MaxShine has some of the best values in detailing for their products. For an enthusiast just getting into detailing, they offer some of the best values for detailing tools in the industry on MOST of their tools, excluding this one. That's a STEEP price for a MaxShine product. There are a lot of other options out there for a much more reasonable price.
Ion e somebody sets a real bar in this market I think that’s going to let us all know when one of these is worth the price. I got a feeling it’s going to be IK.
Keav!! First - your shower head thingy for the pressure washer is amazing for convertible tops! Loving that doohicky for sure. Wish this electric foamer/sprayer was cheaper but great video! Merry Christmas 🎄 and maybe Santa will bring one lol
Kevin great review ✊I don’t think it’s worth it in my opinion. I have been using the pump miralax foam sprayer it’s fine and I don’t mind it. I have a few battery powered sprayers from Amazon that are ok and they are cheaper.Great job I appreciate your advice 👑
I’ve heard it’s much later than that. CEO at SEMA was saying probably March. Im not doing their pre-order it’s been up for a long time now I don’t want to be at the end of a list like that. I’ll wait use my contacts to find out when it launches somewhere and pick it up fast.
@ Yeah, they made a few changes last minute that delayed manufacturing. Who knows though could be quick just when Griits had their battery foamer launching Detailed image had it on pre-sale for like 6 months as it kept getting delayed. I just checked the Griots site every morning and one day it was available and bought it. I have found nobody meets their initial deadline anymore.
Would love to see your top foamers in 2024. I know you made a few videos already but with time it may have changed. Plz make a video on it and do one for best ones at each price range.
I’ll look into it. Many over time have had reliability issues so there are t that many great ones at the moment just ones that are good enough. Nobody has set a bar yet.
@ ahhhhh ok. Got a recommendation if you had to choose one with regards to reliability and effectiveness? I guess we all just gotta get the iK former electric.
@@jefferrrson1x I’m unsure of even that one’s reliability. I just know an Ik foam pro 2+ with a battery inflator is very reliable as all the electronics are separate.
I usually use my Fanttik NB8 Ro Sun Joe to do the rinseless spraying. I use the SPTA for Wheel and Tire cleaner. You can for sure use it for that though.
$125?? WOW, better kick butt. Keav, would this be okay for wheel cleaner, chemical resistant? How about a DIY Detail Rinseless (256:1) pre-wash?? I’ll probably wait for the IK. IK is the king of sprayers.
My foaming sprayer from your "Best Cheap Amazon Battery Foamer | Amazing Results!" video is still kickin' after 6 months. I've probably used it 8 times with no issues. Only thing I'm trying to improve is the dilution ratio of the Adam's Wheel and Tire Cleaner. Think I'm at the 1 to 1 ratio now for a more effective tire cleaner. Really like the cleaning and foaming action of ADS Tire Cleaner. It's almost equal to Eagle One Tire and Wheel Cleaner. Keav.. have you tried or have any feedback on the Maniac Tyre Cleaner?
I love the maniac tire cleaner it is my current favorite. I used it to test this sprayer. My cheap one finally died, but I used it probably 50 times. Don’t tip it over as it’s not sealed well and the water gets inside the battery area.
I’m in the UK and just spotted your video and thought the content was very interesting. Can I ask, you mentioned some sort of rinse aid. I have never used any sort of rinse aid is this something you would recommend using?
Not necessarily the products used, but Matt inspired and influenced a lot of us as he was one of the first if not the first to go crazy deep dive on products on video for car detailing. I tend to lean toward the value side more than the most expensive. I do like to pick and choose as well some high end and others just good enough to save money.
As soon as you said you have to keep the start button pressed down continuously to keep it spraying and hold it down i said no way I'm I paying that what a pain in the arse surely they could have it where you double press it twice to keep it running they also should have a trigger pull built-in to the handle that would be much easier to use it
Nobody has done the trigger pull yet, but I would prefer a trigger. Some have a mechanical style button on top or a digital button. You are right though some type of lock would be nice to save your finger. IK doesn’t even offer that as they just have a safety lock out.
I saw them being advertised on Instagram looks like a rinseless of some type that foams. That foamer is actually the same as the black/yellow one I reviewed a year ago. It is very good just a bit expensive. amzn.to/4h4HS2P
It doesn’t seem to matter what the price is, none of these foamer/sprayers are ready for prime time. I’m keeping my powder dry. Let’s see what IK can do!
That might work, but it’s a review product will just go on the storage shelf. If you know how to solder you can fit it a capacitor literally came off the board and the board is burnt.
What i don't like about the IK is that the pump is on the bottle, unlike the Efoam pro 12. I can use the same compressor and move it to other IK's that I have. I won't be buying the new IK because it's also very loud and just sounds annoying.
From when I got to demo the e Foam pro 2 at SEMA it was no louder than the e foam pro 12 just it’s closer to you so you hear it more. For the performance and flexibility I’m willing to overlook that. They did it at the bottom so they could use the same top and didn’t have to remake their whole parts line and if a customer had a pro 2+ they could put their air chuck too on and you can pump it up initially to save battery.
For $125 it’s not worth it. Problem is nobody has come out and set the bar yet. Everything is just middle of the pack or less. IK with a battery pump is the bar for me.

Let's gooooooooo!!! Keav, you work fast, brotha!
I would have it out faster, but I test for a week now before showing a product.
Merry Christmas Keav! Another great video!
Thank you! Merry Xmas to you as well.
Dope video Keav!!!!!!
Whats the best dilution do you recommend for car soap in the electric sprayer?
Depending on the soap, but I think between 150 to 1 and 200 to 1.
Merry Christmas Keav and your family 🤗🤗🤗
Same to you!
Keav!! First - your shower head thingy for the pressure washer is amazing for convertible tops! Loving that doohicky for sure.
Wish this electric foamer/sprayer was cheaper but great video! Merry Christmas 🎄 and maybe Santa will bring one lol
Appreciate that. That shower nozzle has replaced me using my water hose in the garage. I use it to clean foam cannons and all kind of stuff.
Merry Christmas/Feliz Navidad Keav 🎄🎄🎄
Thank You! Merry XMAS to you too!
FIRST! Been waiting for this review!
Awesome!
Iam still super happy with my ik pro + USB pump combination. Volume is exactly enough to fully cover my Model 3 with thick foam.
That’s awesome you can’t beat that combo right now and really if setup right you can have two inflators and have basically a swappable battery.
The one you retrofitted with the battery strapped to the outside looks way better foam to me than the maxshine
Leagues beyond any other foamer out there in my opinion.
Expensive lesson. Live and learn.
I was never going to use it again anyways. 🤣
Another great review. Not sure who prices Maxshine, but all their stuff is expensive for what it is. Merry Christmas!
For real! They don’t have a name like Griots that just commands a high price. 🤣
@@CarsWithKeav I see what you did there.🤣

Put a valve in that Marolex and a battery pump and you’ll have one do the best foamers possible.
Can’t wait for the IK I saw detail image opened up pre-orders for it and first shipments should be early January
I’ve heard it’s much later than that. CEO at SEMA was saying probably March. Im not doing their pre-order it’s been up for a long time now I don’t want to be at the end of a list like that. I’ll wait use my contacts to find out when it launches somewhere and pick it up fast.

Do you use the same SPTA sprayer for pre-soaking a rinseless wash? Thanks, Keav.
I usually use my Fanttik NB8 Ro Sun Joe to do the rinseless spraying. I use the SPTA for Wheel and Tire cleaner. You can for sure use it for that though.
First from VA keavvvvvv
Nice!
Ouch, $125! Makes the spta seem affordable & I thought $74 was high for that, lol. Great vid Keav, thx!
Yeah SPTA is actually from what I’ve been doing with it is worth $65. $74 is a bit of a reach.
$125?? WOW, better kick butt. Keav, would this be okay for wheel cleaner, chemical resistant? How about a DIY Detail Rinseless (256:1) pre-wash??
I’ll probably wait for the IK. IK is the king of sprayers.
There are better and cheaper options.
@wescat2 can you provide examples? Looking for one
@dany5449 Keav has tons of example videos, but a 2 gal pump HDX sprayer is hard to beat.
Oh those. Most are not of good quality and tend to break quickly. I tried 2 of them. I think I'll just get a IK but with a air compressor
@@dany5449 *shrug* You asked and I have no issues. IK works too.
Is this SPTAnewest version of there sprayer/foamer. Cant wait until we start seeing new Carton producyd.
Yeah, it’s their newest it came out late summer.

I use a quick detailer or some style of drying aide they call it to give a lubricated surface for the drying towel to avoid marring the paint.
Did obsessed garage inspire this channel or the products used? Genuinely curious

Love your reviews, I'm still searching for the "best" foamer. Has anyone tried this brand yet, RUBBIT FOAM SPRAYER?
Thx
I saw them being advertised on Instagram looks like a rinseless of some type that foams. That foamer is actually the same as the black/yellow one I reviewed a year ago. It is very good just a bit expensive. amzn.to/4h4HS2P
Hey Keav would you happen to know if the new electric IK is just a foamer or is it a sprayer also?
It comes as a foamer, but you can buy their sprayer parts and use it as a sprayer.
The work stuff, detail brushes or they good?
I have not used them myself, but only hear good things about them.
@ one last question the active guns at Amazon do you think that they’re the ones with the newly redone
@ That I am unsure. Probably best to contact their customer service to ask where to buy the new ones.
You should rinseless that panel instead of washing it off with the hose
I do this so much it would just be a waste of product. 🤣
Hello everyone i just bought a autoglym polar blaster foam cannon dose anyone know what orifice size does it come with?
Hopefully somebody here can help. They don’t list it from what I see.
@ I couldn’t find it either hopefully someone knows
The Amazon foamer you reviewed is awesome and better than this for 42 bucks
I think so to just don’t show them much anymore due to a lot of reliability complaints in the comments.
It doesn’t seem to matter what the price is, none of these foamer/sprayers are ready for prime time. I’m keeping my powder dry. Let’s see what IK can do!
Yeah this market is still young really nobody has set the bar yet. Hopefully it’s IK soon.
Car supply warehouse is not accepting your code
I don't have a code at car supplies warehouse he doesn't do those. Just a link.
IK battery foamer or bust.
Agreed
Take it apart and let it dry out and of course any burnt parts replace
That might work, but it’s a review product will just go on the storage shelf. If you know how to solder you can fit it a capacitor literally came off the board and the board is burnt.

For $125 it’s not worth it. Problem is nobody has come out and set the bar yet. Everything is just middle of the pack or less. IK with a battery pump is the bar for me.
Looks and performs like Griots
It performs much better than the Griots did. Let’s call it Griots V2. 🤣
Another overpriced product by a big name brand.
U so broke LOL
He’s not wrong
Waste of money for sure
Yeah, I’m not sure why they think their brand can pull that kind of price really.
Yet another electric foamer :)
Always on the hunt for that unicorn product. 🤣
Hahahaha
