D-18 tone is still a favorite of mine. Had a Sigma, then Tamamine D-18 copies, and they sounded sweet. Then got a Martin D-28 (1972 used in 1974), and it didn't sound as sweet because of the rosewood, but still beautiful sounding in its own way.
