My small citrus trees leaves get yellow blotches and curl up. My tangelo tree had a bunch of blossoms but now most are gone. What can I do to fix the tree?

Hi Chrystal. It would be hard to say without seeing a photo, but usually the most common reason for citrus leaves curling and yellowing is when they are receiving too much water. If that's not it, it could be a nutrient deficiency. Do you use fertilizer specifically for citrus trees? Each one has its own feeding recommendation listed on the bag. For the tangelo blossoms, soil that is too wet or too dry can cause the blossoms/buds to drop.
There are "plant disease Identifier" apps you can download that will allow you to upload a photo and most do a great job of diagnosing the problem with recommendations on how to fix. Citrus can be finicky - my Meyer lemon tree likes to be watered deeply but infrequently (watered every 10 days or so). Best wishes & I hope your trees bounce back soon!

@@freedomgrows hi. Yes, I did use citrus fertilizer and some fish fertilizer stuff. My key lime tree had only one lime in 2 years. The leaves are curled up. It doesn't blossom. I was very hopeful for the tangelo tree. I hope it doesn't end up like the lime tree.

I know younger trees tend to drop a lot of their blossoms/buds, but as they mature they start fruiting more. Hopefully that's the case with yours.
