Well done on your journey lad! I’ve always tried changing my diet too much at once.. I’ve found this time instead of changing all of my foods at once, I cut out all those chocolates and sweets, but still I was having some unhealthy meals like pizza and stuff at times.. then I removed the crisps, I was also making sure I was getting plenty of protein in.. Now I’m reducing the pizza and burgers and I’m using Huel to replace my lunch.. Slowly removing things is feeling like a much easier transition and feels a lot more sustainable for me!
