Malcolm Nance, thanks for your vast knowledge on the subject matter to which you provided answer and off cause solutions, how can someone say , someone has no right to life and you expect the people not to defend themselves? thank you Malcolm,
Israel has been occupying Palestine for the last 75 years. They *objectively* started and created this conflict, whether or not you personally think they did. It simply isn't up for debate. Now we can argue over tactics, moves, or treaties over the last 75 years from the parties involved, but that doesn't change the fact that Israel (and of course the West and the US in general) 100% created this conflict by stealing land from people that were already there, reminiscent of how the US stole and genocided Native Americans for their land. Israel is currently an apartheid, ethno-state controlled by an uber-religious, fundamentalist group of Zionists that are blood-thirsty for Palestinian civilians. There are also parts of Gaza and other areas that are literal open-air prisons. That's just objectively true in terms of the situation we are talking about, here. There needs to be ONE DEMOCRATIC STATE for all Israelis, Palestinians, and everybody in the region- where EVERY SINGLE PERSON has the same civil rights, human rights, political voice, and legal protections. Everybody is the same: a human with basic necessities and rights. A two state solution is absolutely 100% impossible as long as Israel is an apartheid state. It just won't happen. It has to be one democratic state. We could do this tomorrow if Israel agreed. They have rejected two state and one state solutions for the last 75 years, it is time for the US to FORCE them to do so. We have the leverage over them: the US pays for Israel's universal healthcare and other programs with the insane amount of money we chuck over to them every year. Regular Jewish people are good people for the most part... nobody reasonable has a problem with Jewish people, besides of course right wing Nazis and US Republicans etc. Zionists are the problem here, because they are authoritarian, religious fundamentalist fascists that want to live in an ethno-state.
As an Israeli I absolutely agree with his criticism about our leadership’s arrogance and misconceptions. We have to deeply learn from that friendly criticism that also see the other parts of the Israeli conduct. Thank you!

Thank you Malcolm for a completely Fair and Honest assessment. Excellent interview! Your detailed knowledge of the situation jn Israel and Gaza is unsurpassed. It is great to hear a wise and clear-headed analysis!
I don't think you can regard what he says as completely fair -- in this interview, he often demonstrates biases strongly aligned with US media public framing of its allies. I'm curious what he'd have to say about the Iran-Contra scandal or the US funding insurgency groups in democracies which did not support short-term US objectives -- I imagine he'd just go so far as to call these things "tactical errors" haha. With this in mind though, his assessment is at least well-supported. Here's an example of his bias in this interview: he observes that Israel isolated Arafat and weakened the PA which gave the Islamist group Hamas an easy entrance into Gaza, and states that this was a colossal mistake in reaching peace. His bias manifests here by regarding this as just a mistake of Israel's in trying to achieve peace. However, this poor policy was highlighted at the time, both within Israel and in the US. It has been part of a consistent stream of actions by Israel to keep Palestinians separated and without unified, trusted political representation. Of course, perhaps he is just speaking so delicately to avoid inflaming a potential rightwing Israeli audience.

Malcolm Nance really knows his stuff and has the right idea most of the time. I respectfully disagree with him on the issue of the fact that Israel should have not sidelined Arafat over Hamas. Arafat had no real intention of making any kind of peace with Israel even thought his MO didn’t seam religiously motivated, but he did say that the Oslo accords where just an “interim peace agreement “ (al judaibia) -like Mohamed’s temporary peace until he had the opportunity to attack and did so. Arafat made that statement while in a conference in South Africa. The mistake Israel made is falling asleep at the wheel and the over-confidence or arrogance as Malcolm said at the beginning. There I agree with 100%.
He’s sure right about the Israeli mindset before the 10/7 massacres. I’m certain the security establishment in Israel felt that even if Hamas was capable of a terror attack on the scale we saw, they would reject such an attack as being too costly for their own lives, and those of their fellow Palis. The Israelis failed to understand the nature of Islam and the imperative of Jihad. Remember what many Muslims themselves often say: “ You Jews love life, we Muslims love death.”
Malcom’s “arrogance” assessment was also correct , apparently female soldiers who were monitoring the border told their commanders that they had witnessed ” strange military-like training activities “ and they were told “ h ms are p unks , they won’t do anything “ . Victimhood and refugee mentality...the Arab Palestinians have continually made bad choices through bad leaders, from Al Husseini to Arafat... In the words of Zuheir Mohsen of the PLO: The Palestinian people does not exist … there is no differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians, and Lebanese", though Palestinian identity would be emphasised for political reasons. In a March 1977 interview with the Dutch newspaper Trouw he stated that "between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese there are no differences. We are all part of one people, the Arab nation [...] Just for political reasons we carefully underwrite our Palestinian identity. Because it is of national interest for the Arabs to advocate the existence of Palestinians to balance Zionism. Golda Meir lost her job after October 6, 1973( Yom Kippur ). Sound familiar? Fifty years and a day later, precisely the same thing happens. Netanyahu too, will lose his job. But I won't say it was ' just ' negligence. After all, if it happened before it can happen again, but I believe that Israel never even contemplated the sheer horrific evil of what Hamas did on October 7, and face it, you would have to have something wrong with you to think of it. I can't see it happening again, but I bet many thought that after the Yom Kippur attack on October 6, 1973.
And talking about experience, we see as the palestinians terrorists only wear their uniforms for propaganda and the fighters when in actions wear civilians clothes. So when a soldier see a suspicious young gay with civilian clothes should consider him an enemy like those that perpetrated the October massacre and engage with him incombat.
@@robertfox8339A million people in Iraq were killed by US soldiers in 2003. The war was unjustified. France flatly refused to be part of the slaughter. So how many US soldiers went to prison? Marvellous assessment - perfect - from Malcolm Nance. Thank you so much.
Great 👍 analysis
Fantastic critique and understanding of the situation.
Wow this is rich… in the middle of this rational interview the ad Google pops up for me, is a full minute Islamist blurb about how all of us more fortunate should donate to support the poor unfortunate Hamas types who “don’t deserve to be treated like this”. By contrast the Israeli public which has also suffered huge losses and displacement, takes care of its own and doesn’t go lecturing the world to give them more handouts. Respect to Israel!
Victimhood and refugee mentality...the Arab Palestinians have continually made bad choices through bad leaders, from Al Husseini to Arafat... In the words of Zuheir Mohsen of the PLO:
The Palestinian people does not exist … there is no differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians, and Lebanese", though Palestinian identity would be emphasised for political reasons. Yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity exists only for tactical reasons"...
Should US tax payers (rich don't chip in,) also award hamas billions, yearly? Asking for a friend.
@@paulamarsh1let’s not forget what Pali did to lebanese christians in 1970s!!! They were committing such as horrifying atrocities on the Lebanese as they did on 7/10.
Complacency!!! We should not be complacent in our daily lives. God have mercy...
We should not commit genocide either.
@@mrbwatson8081 You're right ✅ There are two types of civilians in Gaza; The hostages and the Palestinians. Peace to both.
@@AE-ben on earth there are 2 types of humans those that support genocide and those against it. Luckily those for it are few and far between, they are as common as flat earthers. :)
@@mrbwatson8081 Tell that to those who forgot about October 7th massacre.
@@OfraSharon-Afir on oct 7th Hamas killed hundreds of IDF soldiers. On the same day IDF killed hundreds of Israeli citizens.
I hope the expression "human sponge" catches on!
Human sacrifices might be a better description of how Hamas is using Gazan civilians.
Offerings to alla....which alla demands...
Sad but true.
Yep a SCUMas answer @@ocean77359
Agree
Yeah nice way to try and swap the blame from israel murdering thousands of children
M Malcom Nance is an incredibly bright and intelligent man. He should be the next Secretary of Défense.
Always informative to hear Malcolm true American patriot.
There are so many people that miss out on this that I wish it could be translated in many different languages to share this information. So professional and helpful. Peacefully transmitted to any one. We need this program to be translate in Spanish immediately.!!! Thank you very much.
Thank you for spending the time to create and share this content awareness/perspective
Malcolm Nance & presenter. Thank You for speaking some historical facts and logical outcomes.
There was a complete ceasefire in place before Hamas committed vile atrocities on October 7th. Actions have consequences.
Now that's a lie!
So killing thousands of children is not a "vile atrocity"?
So over 200 Palestinians were killed in 2023 alone by ghosts before October 7, 2023 . So much for ceasefire.
Actually even then Hamas was lobbing a few rockets every few weeks.
Consequences - GENOCIDE of 30,000 innocents
From what I understand women soldiers stationed in areas by the borders reported strange activity but this was ignored, perhaps because of their young ages and gender. Any information on that?
I love when the universe brings forth another thinker to our planet.
with all video i watch in youtube about israel’s-hamas war, this program with malcolm nance, is so simple and so understandable and cover all aspect of situations in israel, so clear ,, thanks…
Gosh, I could listen to this intelligent, articulate, rational man all night.
Love, love, love what he said about the USA College Campus opinion vs the rest of America who support Israel. ❤
Wish he could come to Australia...the Sydney Opera House scenes were appalling...!
Fascinating talk ! Thank you !
Malcom Nance is so handsome in this interview ❤❤❤
He is fantastic, amazingly well informed.
Malcolm Nance I agree with you on everything. Only two state i am not in agreement with you. Thank you for your wisdom and God's blessings be with you.
You’re describing murder. US soldiers are in prison for doing what you’re talking about in Iraq.
@@robertfox8339A million people in Iraq were killed by US soldiers in 2003. The war was unjustified. France flatly refused to be part of the slaughter. So how many US soldiers went to prison?
And yes the point was made. The Gazan fighters appear in chequered uniforms with their faces covered but when fighting the only difference from any other Gazan is their weapons.
Don't forget , hamas also knew Israeli reaction would be televised, and on social media and would trigger the very reaction the gullible audience is displaying rught now, which they calculated would provide leverage for negotiations
Hamas also blog-posted their own atrocities at the start- notwithstanding their later denials.
This man is so interesting telling his stories. Should have his own show.
Excellent podcast. Mr. Malcolm Nance is an overflowing well of geopolitical global knowledge. I love his assessment of the pro-Hamas protesters. IGNORANT AND MISINFORMED. Biden and his advisers should listen to him. In fact he should run for president.
Oh that President Biden WOULD listen to Malcolm!
Amazing interview 🔥
Best analysis I have heard of the situation.
This a smart dude; no matter your beliefs. He states his opinion but backs it up with facts and solutions. Good talk thanks for sharing.
Hamas has to be gone!
Great interview, Malcolm is spot on.
In Kenya 🇰🇪 the level of ignorance among the young people about world affairs is massive.
It’s the same in the U.S. everyone is dumb.
Hey good to see if they're welcome glad to see you back
