Holly shit thank you so dam much.
Haven’t been able to find anyone to work on mine and I didn’t want to break off those guards. My scooter has been sitting with a flat tire for about three months now. Thank you thank you thank you

Thank you. Okai support is a joke/terrible!. This is 1000% better than anything they've put out.

Could you show more videos on okai scooter? Super helpful for me, I think I need to change my break pad too

Really appreciate your videos on the OKAI neon pro. I’ve had mine 2 months. Do you know if there is a speed limiter on it or how to increase a little more speed

Thanks for taking the time to help. I guess you've had the scooter for a while now, happy or regretful with the purchase?

I havent had it for a long time. Seems like maybe 6 months tops. I dont have any regrets. But im not sure how relevant my opinion is. Im not one of the younger generation , communting in the city. I dont ride it Lot. I think i have a hundred miles on it. I ride it on the trails with my son and i ride it at campgrounds with my camper. I weigh 220lbs. It drags me around just fine. It vlimbs hills well enough. Has more than enough range for me. Nothing has broken. I guess if i had any complaints it would be. The headset bearing design is weird. I made a video on how to tighten up the headset if your feeling a ticking or some play when your riding. Its probably the headset bearing is loose. And it keeps on getting loose. Thats annoying. But its not a huge deal.

I'm not happy at all with my scooters. I bought a Neon Pro for myself and a Neon for my wife 11 months ago, January 2023. The battery on my Pro is shot already. It won't charge past 53%. Unfortunately I can't find a replacement battery for it so I have to send it back to Okai for repair. The warranty on the battery is only 6 months so I'm going to have to pay to have it repaired. As for my wifes Neon, the headlight won't turn off which ends up killing the battery. Even after the battery is completely drained and the light finally goes out as soon as I plug it in to charge it the light immediately turns back on. It will charge back up to 100% but the light stays on and just dies again. These batteries aren't meant to be completely drained so I'm concerned the battery longevity may be compromised. The light repair will be covered under warranty but if the battery is damaged I will have to pay to have it replaced. I will never buy another Okai product. I have yet to leave an amazon review on these scooters. I'm waiting to see how much it's going to cost me to repair. The batteries are usually the most expensive part of an e-scooter. If it's too costly to repair I may just purchase a new scooter from another manufacturer.
