Bro this is the video I was looking for as I have had not much luck changing my daughters tyre and to be honest I was about to give up. I will buy me a few things from your video and give it a go, legend, thanks again.
I line that tire balancing trick. I have a scoot with off road tires that would shimee hard at about 40 mph, I held the file to it where the road usually don't hit and sure enough in a few seconds it smoothed out nicely. No more wandering steering sensation at 40 mph
Great work. The tire strap I found is 4m long, it has a 1m long tensioner & a 4m strap. I mean, scooter tire circumference are like less than a meter, what would I do with the remaining 3m?
Beautiful Detailed & Informative Knowledge. Thank you 🙏 Brother. New Subscriber here 🙋♂️. I will be putting PMT tires on my Wolf King GT with the Help from your Beautiful Teachings. Thank you 🙏
Great video. What is the width on those tires as I have 4 inch wide tires and seems that large wrench won't work to compress wider tires. What are the clamps you use and will they open 4 inches?
The clamps are just form home depo and open about 2 1/2 inches so I had to get a BIG set of channel locks from Harbor Freight to compress the 3 1/2 tire first. Its actually pretty easy to do if the channel locks are big enough.
Pure air gen2 too many punctures repairs so I’m going solid for the remainder of the scooter lifespan . Cable attached to motor can’t remove it gotta put solid tyre on . Gonna use this method using zip ties well try lol. Dreading a solid tyre install . Had a bad crash in rain pour scared me to death .broken nose .and black n blue.i prefer air but solid for now I don’t have the energy or time to keep fixing punctures
@@LampDoesVideogame😂😂😂 I decided not too after 2days riding the ride was so bumpy . I changed back to air pronto .took me ages to get solid tyre on .hated the ride. Converted back
What other types of lubricants or sprays would you recommend for the normal maintenance of the e-scooter, especially for those minor squeaks or creeks on the handlebars and suspension?
If its areas on metal that can't be seen (inside the stem, bolt joints, inside hinges) White lithium grease. Stays put and water deterrent. If its areas that contact rubber or are visible (shocks, bushings, ect ) then WD40 Specialist Silicone. Doesn't last as long but safe for rubber and most paint and also drives out water.
Thanks for the tips! I got a puncture on my kugoo g2 pro recently and I got it fixed for a high price. So next time it happens, I will fix it by myself!
@@baztidbury5823 I dont know what scooter you have but ULIP makes an 8.5x3 that's a great tire. Thing is rather or not it will rub on the forks or fender at that width. I would check with the scooter manufacturer first.

It's not a split rim?
The Solar P Series have tubless tires so the rims are solid.I got sick of changing flats on my gallop and that had split rims.
I put 45 psi in my m4 pro is that to much air mate
Its the tire that determines the max pressure. Look on the side wall and the tire max PSI will be next to the size.
You my friend.... Your a god ❤
This is probably the best tire change video I have seen. I always cringe when I see someone going ham with a steel tire iron on a motor

You broke your nose in the rain, and want to put tires that have less grip on your scooter?

Thanks for making this video. I followed your description today when I changed tyres on my scooter, and it worked perfectly. Two thumbs up 👍👍
I was trying to balance tires with small weights opposite the runout... never thought to to rasp them instead. Great idea!

Can you do a video of how to change the controllers A+B
Great suggestion!
Going to try the tire swap today. Great video

Once you do it one time, you get the hang of it pretty fast.
What the largest honeycomb tyre I can put on a 8.5 inch rim
These probably have the tallest profile and thankfully are cheap enough but can be tough to install: amzn.to/4d5f9cp
@@Scooter-King. so I can’t put nothing bigger than a 8.5x2. Not even a 8.5x 3
