Your electrolytes drink has changed my life for the better!! I've been low in potassium for months, suffered terrible for 15 months, horrible heart palps, Because the Doctors are useless, nobody picked up on this. Kept chalking it off as anxiety. I'm so very thankful for you Dr Berg

I have battled Afib for 13 years and not one doctor mentioned checking to see what my potassium level was. I started watching your videos and it made me question why no doctor G.P. or Cardiologist had mentioned this. I also struggled with high blood pressure as well as constipation. I was told that I needed to drink a lot more water so I started drinking close to 100 ounces a day. It didn't help. I found a new doctor when I moved to Texas and I asked for a full blood test. Guess what the blood test revealed? Low potassium. I went on a high dosage potassium prescription and much to my surprise my Afib disappeared along with the high blood pressure and constipation. Turns out all of the water was flushing the potassium out of my system. Had it not been for your videos I would still have the issues that I had. I'm now eating as many high potassium foods as I can find along with taking a potassium supplement. Thank you Dr. Berg for changing my life for the better. Cheers!

Thank you Dr Berg, there are so many elderly in nursing homes dying from electrolyte deficiencies. I don’t understand why it’s not mandatory for elderly to get electrolytes. The medications they are on are depleting some minerals, and I see residents cramping up in agony every day , so what does the in home doctor do, he puts them on Endone for pain, and drugs them to the point of not eating and not being able to drink. Hence they are dying at a fast pace.
Plus the staff don’t understand how important it is to give fluids throughput the day every couple of hours.
I saved my Uncle he is now on electrolytes and supplements but I had to fight for it for months. It’s so frustrating for me to see the system fail these wonderful elderly.
And the staff say it is ageing, they really believe its natural ageing, and not neglect.

The people who run nursing homes know that every time someone passes away, it makes way for someone new and with every new person entering a lot of money is made. They are not interested in extending peoples lives as it is not in their financial interests to do so. The doctors would also be in on the idea of speeding up their expiration date as they would be making a bonus. I new a lady who was put in a nursing home and apparently 10 years is the maximum time they give people to pass away. She lived longer and they did terrible things to speed up her death until her family realized and finally got her out of there. Your Uncle is very lucky to have you.

Ended up in the E.R. with severe back pain, which to begin with I thought it was just back pain and did everything I knew to do only for the pain to increase in intensity and move to my abdomen. I have severe anxiety, depression and insomnia!! I was completely blown away when the doc came in and said I was low in potassium. If course I have to follow up with my G.I doc because I also have had digestive issues all my life. They did give me some potassium while I was there which helped a great deal. So I immediately came home and started a search for more info on the topic. Thanks, now I'm watching a lot more of your videos. I'm amazed I never would have guessed that potassium deficiency could cause so many symptoms.

If your lack potasium your stomach will not be acidic enough and malabsorption of electrolytes will happen and thus your breathing will be distributed and you might face severe acidosis and hypocalcemia! I feel alot better. I have more energy , I don't get hungry as often, I don't have chest pain around the heart area and rarely any numbness. I can tell if I have carbs that are bad, like fried chicken breading , makes me feel like somebody hit me with a bat. I eat my veggies more. I have been eating a few tablespoons of almond butter before meals and it makes me less hungry and I stay satiated and I can go longer without eating , that way my body burns my fat. I have been suffering serious fatigue for three years and I startet months ago to increase potassium, cod liver oil and vitamin D, magnesium and B. I got my strength back, I don't live in my bed anymore, I have been quitting sugar's because I don't have cravings anymore. I have gone down 50% on my medication for anxiety and depression because I just feel great. My RLS have disappeared so I sleep much better.

Looking back on my younger days when I drank a LOT of beer, I was definitely Potassium, Magnesium and B vit deficient. I had symptoms that I now know were because of this. No Doctor EVER told me about deficiencies, just gave me useless pills, and creams that did very little. I feel fitter now than I did 30 years ago because I supplement and eat healthier. ...................... and watch DR Berg videos.

I don't get freshly picked coconuts since I relocated and I don't buy those at the groceries that's highly processed or have chemicals and preservatives.

Answered my question. Now I'm eating leafy greens and avocado, and those symptoms are gone and can sleep well again. Thank you, Dr. Berg!!

My local hospital nephrologist said, my dad's CKD is not reversible. Dad would experience deteriorating kidney and eventually needs to go through hemodialysis. I remember she said avoid potassium. After about a year being a fan of this man (the man!), Jason Fung, Malcolm Kenderick, Ken Berry, Mason Paul, and Norman Norawi (Malaysia), and series of nephro appointments, everything changed.
The same nephro declared that my dad has no need to comeback to her clinic. His creatinine reading is getting better every time. Someone need to redefine noble prize let this man on the stage for it. Thanks Dr Berg!

Keto by itself just didn't get my numbers down. 1 scoop I sipped all day on it. I will do 1 scoop tonight I have dawn phenomenon and I wake up to high numbers let's see. Thank you Dr. Berg, hopefully I lose weight. I started keto about 2 weeks ago.

I am back Dr. Berg. I drank an extra bottle of potassium before bed and woke up and my morning Blood Sugar was 118 and not 190. I have/had Dawn Phenomenon and I am claiming my healing. I had my first cortisone shot 10/9/19 and it will be my last. I am terrified of needles and now I am sticking with keto and all you suggest. I actually fear the needle more than Type II Diabetes. I am on the right road now.
