  • This is a follow along routine, you can do it every day to stretch your body, to feel relaxed, and improve mobility. By practicing them each day you will be able to go deeper and hold them for longer time, make sure to start, just go as deep as you can.

    The music is too energetic for stretching. The stretches are good and the music is good but they don’t really work together.
