- Improve the performance of your daily activities with this 14 minute leg stretch sequence. Trainer, Nicole Uribarri, will guide you through several moves aimed to lengthen and strengthen the muscles through your lower back, hips, thighs and hamstrings. All you'll need to complete this sequence is a set of yoga blocks and a towel.
