    Such an excellent, basic series of some of the best knee & hip flexor stretches … need to do this daily but am going to start w/ a goal of 3 times a week to start so I don’t get discouraged when I set the bar to high & fall sort. Even adding this once a week is progress & that can be built on. My attitude & outlook are critical to my mental status as mood follows action.
    Thank you so much for this, Brian. You always explain movements clearly, slowly & use camera angles where it’s easy to see exactly what you’re doing.

    This was a saviour for me, I didn’t stretch properly when I was younger doing marathons and I’ve had nothing but pains since but this really helped

    I strained my IT band 2 months ago and after all the resting of the leg, this felt so good to do. Simple but huge impact and great deep stretching. Thanks for sharing 😁
