    I started Weight Watchers in May and was feeling so heavy and needed to get started with exercise. I found this video and followed along everyday. After a few days I started to see changes overall and now in combination with Pilates walking and and weight-training have lost 22 lbs.     I did these and they actually started up my workout journey, it was really difficult for me to get out of bed and work and these gave me motivation to work harder and at one point i dropped them and did more advanced at home exercises and lost a lot more weight but I have gained a insane amount since November dude depression really hit me hard so I'm coming back to this in hopes it will once again lift my spirits ❤

    I will do this for 20 days, I will update daily wish me luck!!,
    Day 1: Just finished I felt the burn see you tomorrow!!! Like to remind me!!!
    Day 2: Did it!! See you tomorrow!!!
    Day 3: ✅ Done
    Day 4: ✅ Finished!!!
    Day 5: ✅ My legs were hurting but I pushed through it, already lost 1 inch off my waist!!!
    Day 6: ❌ My kegs were still hurting so I gave my self a break

    I've watched many ab workout videos, and this is simultaneously the easiest to do with the best burn. I feel a burn in my abs that i usually only get after 2-3 chloe ting videos! And it's lying down so i don't have to worry about my old injuries! Very great!
