Literally at Costco rn gonna cop lol looks like a great deal for a solid monitor. I’m not super picky and game on console mostly going to use this for music production! Hyped
Nice review. Monitor all you said is nice performing for buck but one big con is ghosting. This monitor is terrible with ghosting , and HDR is really bad even intensifies ghosting when it's turned on.
yeah im about to buy one of these refurbed by acer for 118 worth it ? it will be my first 1440 mon , still in 1080 but i have a 4070 so its time to upgrade
We would definitely recommend this monitor. Now as for it being refurbished, just make sure it's from a trustworthy source. This was our step into 1440 world. Let us know how things panned out.
That's a good question. We don't shop at Costco, however taking a quick look to compare, they are virtually the same. Only difference we came across is that our model has the 2 HDMI and 2 Display ports.
Within videos and games, haven't noticed any. We did notice clicking and dragging around a black bordered, we saw some smearing. It was minimal in our opinion.
is there a way to make it a split screen. At work i have a dell 32 in and i can choose on the menu PIP to make the 1 screen act like 2 Is it possible to do it with this? I can't find the option. I only spent 179.99 at Costco. Works great so far just wondering about the split screen. thanks
Just looked and saw that it was slashed down from $350! Hey, if it's in your budget, you can make that call. We love ours and we have had no issues. As for 1440 being too low for its size, we don't believe so. We feel it's a nice sweet spot. For us, we are not doing any 4K gaming anytime soon and we are enjoying the display and the refresh rate. All in all, do your research, know what you want, even more, KNOW YOUR BUDGET! 👍👏👏👏👏😃
for me the ghosting is crazy ive been using it for a couple of years so ive forgot about it but when im a at a friends house playing a game it feels so much better and i come back home thinking that its a blurry mess any known fixes for this?
Yes, if the game or whatever allows for 120fps. For example, if you have a PS5, the PS5 has a 120 setting. th-cam.com/video/hczceaujNtk/w-d-xo.html Destiny 2 has a 120 setting for Crucible. Many PC games have adjustable fps settings.
oh wow. Could be any number of things. If it's a newly purchased monitor, we would see if it's still under warrenty and just have it replaced. Outside of that, might check the cables, HDMI or DP. Make sure they are inserted fully. If you think they are damaged, change them. Check the settings in the monitor menu. If you can use the monitor with something else, that would be a great way of narrowing down the issue to either just the monitor or the thing using the monitor. We are just spitballing thoughts without actually seeing and be able to physically touch the monitor. Hope this helped a little.
Yes, the monitor has built in speakers. When we are chilling watching videos or just casually playing a game, most times we just use the monitor's speakers.
In our opinion, yes. We use this monitor exlusively for our PS5 when we play and Xbox Series X when we stream. Also when we play our PC games. It's really held up pretty well.
Good question. Our thoughs and just going strictly off of what we could read about the specs of the dell G2724d and not actually using it, we will say the XZ322QU. Here are a couple reasons: We love the curve screen. The number of inputs. Sometimes we like to be able to plug our headset in, and the G2724D doesn't have any audio jacks. Again, this is just a quick look. To go deeper we would need to experience the dell g2724d hands on.
You seem to be the only one on youtube that has this exact model and reviewed it. Much love
Hope it was helpful to you.💪
Nice review. I was at Costco today and it's on sale for $179.99 thru July 31st.

Sweet! Glad you liked it! Thanks for the sub! 💪💪💪
I just bought it today, hopefully it works 120 Hz with ps5 slim.
Hope so also...Be sure to come back and give us an update please.
Nice review. Monitor all you said is nice performing for buck but one big con is ghosting. This monitor is terrible with ghosting , and HDR is really bad even intensifies ghosting when it's turned on.
Yea, for the money, thought it was worth it. We haven't experienced ghosting however.
I like your attitude buddy
Hey Blackghost, thanks for the compliment. Sil3ntX will be so happy to hear that. 🫠

@ConfidentGamers - Is this the same as the XZ320QU? The specs seem the same - is the XZ322QU just the Costco version of the XZ320QU?
That's a good question. We don't shop at Costco, however taking a quick look to compare, they are virtually the same. Only difference we came across is that our model has the 2 HDMI and 2 Display ports.
whats the black smear / blur like ?
Within videos and games, haven't noticed any. We did notice clicking and dragging around a black bordered, we saw some smearing. It was minimal in our opinion.
You are so handsome *tee hee* Good job. I know you have been wanting to get this review out. Keep up the good job.

I see this advertised as 180hz is it the same of a very closely named model?
Looks like they have a 165Hz model as well as the 180Hz.

No. There is no split screen/PIP mode for this monitor.
@@ConfidentGamers too bad, oh well. Still nice nonetheless for the cost
This one's on sale for $199 at Best Buy. Is it a bargain at that price point? Also, is 1440p too low for this size?

Thanks, appreciate! Sorry no, Picture in Picture or Picture by Picture.
@@ConfidentGamers thank you!
Can I use hdmi 2.1 on monitors?
The Acer Nitro XZ322QU supports HDMI 2.0 not the higher bandwidth of 2.1.
for me the ghosting is crazy ive been using it for a couple of years so ive forgot about it but when im a at a friends house playing a game it feels so much better and i come back home thinking that its a blurry mess any known fixes for this?
No. Sorry, not sure about a fix. It could be a defective monitor, or cables. Hopefully, if it's under warrent you can get it changed. 😖
can it do 120fps?

So does this monitor have built in speakers so I can watch stuff without needing to wear a headset etc?
Yes, the monitor has built in speakers. When we are chilling watching videos or just casually playing a game, most times we just use the monitor's speakers.
Right now at eBay for 105
Nice
I know you love playing on that monitor. LOL!
Yes, that is correct!😀👍

Is it okay to buy this monitor and game on it even though i dont have a pc?
Oh yes, definitely okay to do that. When we do our streams or console captures, we use this monitor.
