Barnegat Light Osprey Cam Highlight / Harbor fledges and meets Barnegat Bay!

At 7:16am on July 29, the oldest nestling at the BL Osprey Cam successfully fledged! She flew from her nest and was observed entering Barnegat Bay to get her feet wet. What an amazing event to watch. Harper should fledge any day now...

This is such a treat to see her experimenting in the water!! She's so cute putting her beak in and possibly getting water in the nose 😆 and what an amazing camera to be able to see such a good picture from so far!!! Thanks for sharing 🥰
