OK, I'm a bit late to the party, but this is a brilliant video - thank you! Great to see the camera setup and it was lovely to see how quickly the parents returned to the nest once you were done. Fresh fish in the nest for them - great result! 🥰
Thank you for sharing the banding Ben! I especially like that you banded them where they laid without causing any added distress, and that you left the fish gifts. :-) -Take care
You're the best, you helped this nestling and his parents feel a little better with some fish after the banding! It was definitely worth it in the end!
This was my first time watching a live banding for a Raptor and thought at first the two young Osprey had been sedated, are they all so docile this young to let you move their legs and band them or does it depend on the the type of Raptor as would Bald Eaglets this age allow you do the same? Thanks again was amazing to watch
(It's just so pity that the tiny didn't survive & this season had lost Too many 🐣 ...despite those empty nests 💔 Hope they won't be Really endangered when 👥 still can't/won't save the weakest 🐣 So Far 😥 💐 ~~)

This was great!! Love that you left fish as an offering for their trouble.
Thank you for this educational video. The process is alot smoother than I imagined. Such a Pro!

Yes, I try to reduce stress as much as possible. Giving them some fish is the least that I can do.

Wonderful to watch. Thank you
is it possible to see the video from the nest cam after he left? when they found the fish and when the babies "woke up"?
Wow, amazing.....I was dizzy all the time you were up there....
Great workBen , thank you! The weather will improve this afternoon
Thank you for your support! A bit breezy but nothing that we couldn’t handle. 😊

What a shame about the high wind ! couldn't really hear too much of what was being said...
Yeah, we hope to get an external mic for future bandings that are recorded and/or streamed.
Parabéns! Obrigado!
