I accidentally stumbled into a mini-Twin combo in a draft, got Legend of the Mirror breaker and Weaver of Harmony and suddenly for each G you make a Weaver that buffs the rest of the weavers and bam. Needless to say, my love for the Weaver increased tenfold that day.
Loved the multiple efforts to make a play on words with Panharmonicon and Weaver of Harmony/Enchantments at the beginning of Match 5. The best I've come up with is Weaver of Harmonicon. Thanks as always for the great content Seth!
Katilda, dawnheart martyr seems insane with this since it's pumped with both spirits and enchantment. Since the generous visitor and kami are both spirits and if it dies it can make one of them evasive. I also prefer to use tamiyos safekeeping as the protection now since it gives hexproof and indestructible for board wipe protection.
41:26 I was wondering why you didn't just exile the treefolk token, then attack down Wrenn with the 3/3. But that doesn't actually work, because in response to the Borrowed Time targeting, the treefolk could crew the Surgehacker Mech to block. So good job not making the punt I would have made. 😄
I play a golgari version of this, mostly because I wanted to have a deck that Toad Rider could sit in. No cost reduction, but doubling the destroy nonland permanent saga is great and doubling the trigger on the discard a card or sac a creature saga is solid too.
I've been playing a version of this and I had a double top deck win earlier. At 1 life with opponent tapped out and I need to do like 13 damage. I have one 2/2 wolf and a ranger class, a couple of exile enchantments and Michiko's Reign which pumps the wolf to 6/6. I top deck Rune of Might for +1/+1 and a draw. The only card I can draw to win? The second Michiko's Reign... which I hit off the top deck, buffing the wolf to 12/12 which, with the ranger class counter, gives me the perfect 13 damage to win... Definitely one for the highlight reel.
Normally I don't mind Seth's mispronunciation but I'm not sure if I'll be able to survive this format between the long "a" Kaami and Mikoko's Reign of Truth. I dunno, something about this one just really got to me.
I’m not sure if you’re hearing the same thing as me? He says Kami correctly, unless you mean that he’s not saying k-awe-mi (I have no idea how to transliterate that) like a lot of people. Pronouncing Kami like Cammy is actually how the word is pronounced, unless he changes pronunciation halfway through the video

I've been building into hallowed haunting (will add Katildas next), but this looks like a fun variant too. I absolutely adore the card-doggo. Double triggers would be incredibly cool. Can the weavers double up the Michiko saga? Double michiko on a creature with trample is hilariously game ending.
Been using unnatural growth with the magecraft counter doubler, just making creatures massive. Probably the worst version of the deck but I love this new weaver thingy.
Minor nitpick is it isn't a panharmonicon, it's a Tawnos/Lithoform or half of Strionic Resonator. Panharmonicon is only ETBs. Weaver can get the Saga chapters, or outright activated abilities, or a Retreat to Coralhelm's triggered ability. Sweet budget deck though!
I'm not really playing arena anymore, but I've noticed I have a harder time with getting the rares I want than mythics. It's pretty much why I'm not playing.
That seems like a lot of white cards and not a lot of plains. I feel like a 5/3 split between Forests and Plains (or maybe an even 4/4) would be preferable.
I have been climbing rank with a less budget version of this deck. One thing to note weaver of harmony should only be a two of and you are running to much creature protection
Seth, I love your content. I watch all the different format videos even though I really only play EDH because I love the energy you bring. But the mispronouncing words has to be on purpose at this point. The set literally has Kami in the name. You don't pronounce the set "cammie-gawa", so why would you pronounce it differently when saying the card name?
Ok Seth so I assume you already know this and are mispronouncing it on purpose (but maybe not I can never tell), but Kami is pronounced Ka-mi, not K-am-i. If it was spelled how it sounds in would be something like Kahme. Edit that would be divided up as K-ah-me.

Normally, I love the designs you come up with. Not this one. I have played it to a perfect record of 0-12. Dropping from platinum 2 to gold. My best play has been double rune of might on my OPPONENT'S creature...causing them to burn their timeouts, trying to figure out what I could possibly be doing.

Seen a bunch of these decks and Ive tried a few, I find the age old birgi rune combo works best overall out of them!

I'm a little surprised that there weren't any red decks, especially since Red got some really strong aggro critters in NEO.
