My guy, you’re a hell of an engineer. Anyone who watches your videos can learn a lot about what good teamwork and situational awareness are at their best.
My guy this is amazing. I've always had a healthy respect for FF, but your video has taken it to a whole new level. You busted your ass out there and went above and beyond. Hooe you get extra time on the playstation for this.
On today's episode of how to be a wagon driver.... watch episode's 1-3 and learn kids this is how every tech should be. You are a beast my dude much love from Pg county md.
Such a well oiled machine. Well done team! Zero panic and such smooth planning/operation. Practice makes perfect and this was as close of a representation of that.
Nice video, man I gotta tell ya you are a hustler and did and awesome job. I am sure that company knows how valuable you are. Your community is very lucky to have a guy with your work ethics there for them. Keep up the great work.
I enjoyed the three videos! Amazing to see all the multitasking you have to do, it's definitely more than just standing next to the pump controls. I hope more video's will follow!
Great video. I was on this F.D. in the mid 70's to early 80's. I was also one of the first medics when Ravenna city took over the ambulance service from the funeral homes.. Then we provided medic services for Ravenna Township also..
We had a trailer fire in are park this morning. My child hood dream was to be a firefighter. I got a little taste of it today. Now I’m going down a rabbit hole watching these vids Ty for the content and great hustle sir.
Part 3 Let’s gooo!!! Thanks for again for sharing this first person view! Also I noticed the spray is some kind of chemical mix. Is it like a foamy thingy?
Hello, I would like to ask you to shoot such videos more often. I am a Russian guy who runs a channel analyzing situations related to the 911 emergency service. It is quite rare to find videos in the body cameras on an employee of the fire department.
I suggesting a channel to watch or to review how this fire volunteer brigade in the Philippines respond in a fire call “ Iverson Fire Volunteer”. You will see how chaotic in the fire scene how many trucks, firefighter and hoses in the scene. The number of the volunteer brigades is more than government brigades or firefighters.
Just goes to show while some may look at those on the hose are the ones working, its the engineer running back and forth making sure everyone has water and air. That its a team effort to effectively put out a fire needing all cogs meshing to get the job done.
From one Eng to another solid work brother watched all three and actually the day before I saw this one of my ffs is about to start pdo school and was asking questions and we were hitting on the very basics or supplying and I got to send him these videos. One question I did have and I may have missed something communications wise but what was the thought behind throwing the ladder before charging the line? No hate at all just am curious cause my guy asked too. Thanks!
@@RCFD-C-Shift Interesting, I work on a CAFS Engine as well, still doesn't sound like that but as long as it works and gets job done thats all that matters! Keep the vids coming!!

Thank you for these videos, my father was a firefighter and I never got to ask/see what he did.

Always wanted to be a firefighter, but never went to the Academy. I was paralyzed in a accident at barely 24. Wish I had do it early.
I’m sorry to hear that!
@@RCFD-C-Shift yes sir. Thank you! Be safe. I subscribed
That is the mindset, "what next, what next, check what you got, what next..."
How many Stations and apparatus does Ravenna have?
1 Station
2 Ambulances
1 Engine (1 Reserve)
1 Tower Ladder

So much love for firefighters ❤
Being the driver sure seems to keep you on your toes. I have the the utmost respect for firefighters and the dangerous job they do.
Wow just watch all the 3 parts and it was very nice to see you guys working! Hope we gonna have more footage in the futur!😉 Stay safe!🤘🤘
at first i thought there was foam falling from the roof and attic work.. but then.. it was just snow.
Snow yes, but also foam. We pump foam on every fire
Great videos I loved these 3 post more!!! Good job btw youre a pro

The line was charged by the guy backing up me on the tip while the engineer grabbed the ladder. It was hard to see in the video
What kind of camera setup are you using? This is great content. Obviously it’s not helmet cam so I’m just curious.
Chest mounted gopro
@@RCFD-C-Shift that’s what it looked like but I saw you had your coat on so I wasn’t sure.
Couldn’t tell if you had a limp or it’s the camera bouncing real hard as you walked lol
did it start snowing? or is that from the foam?
Yes It did start snowing during the fire 🤣
Solid work.
How did the FF determine the fire to be an arson fire?
She admitted it
That pump just does not sound right, something is off. Ever since the first video its screaming more than it should be
Not true. It’s a CAFS engine. The sound you are hearing is the air compressor

@@roofgoof132 hmmm. I’m not too sure then. It’s a fairly new engine but it seems to be working fine. It’s how it has sounded since we got it in 2022.

Engine 3, I want that like down here, outside folks, very very quickly, and safe.
