Remember to optimize your image with mata tag and the title of the raw image-files. 98% of my blog traffic comes from image search. I don't rank for my target keywords but if you click the image results, I often show up.

Mo, thank you for your video, I have been wondering about SEO for a while. I have a decent website on wix but it always says 4/5ths done set up, and the seo button is showing that's whats missing. How does it work? If i link my website is that the initialization that they will search the words on my website? If so that's cool, I never thought before a new paragraph on my website could end up in a search. It makes me think outside of the box right now in my life, like maybe all the prices need to be revisited so this is a perfect time to legitimize an overhaul and re focus based on the chosen SEO words. Let me know if anything I just said gives you a picture for me of SEO I am stoked to look into it. I have an average of one new painting a week when I'm not just painting. When i just paint I mean I can get to 14 hour days and if I complete a great work (big and detailed) then I count it like 10 small paintings. So when I just paint I complete one every 2 days and am way more focused. I think I need to be known as the commissions/custom orders guy with prints of everything sold by me in unlimited edition fashion, then leaning on some limited edition high quality prints, and always be behind a schedule filling orders but getting the right amount for each accomplishment. In short I need to be established, and I'm not. So SEO is going to be a big move because like I said i might as well change many things to be more streamlined. Sparrow Mountain 👋 Hey! I know Wix but I have never built a website using Wix. I think they have some levels of SEO, but I think the way to control and expand is much better with Wordpress. I normally use external SEO tools like keyword everywhere and similar web to compare keywords and traffic. Now keyword everywhere is a paid tool - it’s cheap but no longer free. I guess SEO tools are demanding, good market for them! They deserve to be paid :) if you want to know some keywords you can write here and I can do a search for you.
Sparrow Mountain One thing tricky about SEO: you need to write things and wait for the Google spider (bot) to pass and check. It takes time! It’s like google map street view, it doesn’t get updated everyday. The sooner you publish, the better it is!
quick question: is it possible to build a website on WordPress using a smart phone rather than laptop? many artists are doing things "on the go" than sitting at a desk.
Cliff DaRiff It’s technically possible, depending on the theme, especially on iPad it is quite ok. But I don’t personally recommend because it’s too small. I find it hard to see everything and edit texts.
