I honestly regret buying the CAI because of the rain...even though I have the Hydroshield protector the intake still gets wet 😏
Gotta pay to play I guess I’m in Cali so rain is rare 😂
did u notice a change in power? I heard they add 15 hp n u can feel the difference
More air flow for sures that’s once you tune it I believe
@@DaGang u dont need to tune ur car after a CAI, because they're not significant mods like a turbo or COBB yk
@@DaGang you don’t need a tune for Headers, Intake and Exhaust for these cars. they compensate for mods you add on.
@@icasualyt8875 lol. Yes, you do need a tune for header/CAI/intake manifold/exhaust. Makes a HUGE difference.
@@Mike_NuhtzOf course you derive more benefits with a tune to really maximize total gain. But you don’t necessarily NEED a tune for installing either 3 of those modifications
So all I have to do is take the old intake out and take out the battery, it’s really east for the short ram intake but I never seen the cold air on

Hey, did you guys have to bend the frame where the battery sits? Did yall run into any issues while shifting?
Nothing more than using your head! I did run in to some issues but if you watch the video carefully I explain what was wrong and how I fixed it! 👍
You didn’t use the blue filter that the intake came with?
I didn’t since I don’t got a fender liner it’s just gonna get trashed I plan on buying a fender liner to project it from the dirt or water!

Basically it’s the same thing I believe only thing that changes is color, so you should be good!

You don’t have to the intake sits right in the corner of the bumper so your good! 🤙🏻
@@DaGang really I had bad fitment issues with mine it sat right in front of the fog light and had to cut the fog light bumper a bit

Pues la verdad viene siendo lo mismo lo único que cambia es que para el type s es cromado y no negro pienso que no hay problema! 👍
