This was absolutely fabulous. We made the entire dinner, with the only substitution being butternut squash for the sweet potatoes with a sprinkle of cinnamon. My husband was skeptical about the apples & onions but he ended up loving it.
Hey thats awesome....love the butternut squash..if you like that type of squash I did a ravioli on the griddle with it...if interested you should check it out
So you always have apples or apple sauce with pork because it settles you stomach. (Lots of people don’t know this.)My wife never new this so when she have pork chops for dinner she as some apple sauce and she feels better. Awesome video thanks for sharing I just got a blackstone few days ago getting great ideas from you.
Love the tip of diced onions and apples together. Never would have thought of doing that. Had it last night and what great touch. For the green beans I add some maple balsamic to them towards the end. Makes me love them more.
I did this today for Easter lunch. Followed all of your instructions to include your spices. It was phenomenal!! Best juicy pork chops, perfect beans, wonderful onion and apple mix! As I only have a 22” and I was doing six chops had to do sweet potatoes in oven, but still great! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, expertise, and recipes with us!!
Happy Momma's Day Amy! Good job again, hope folks pay attention on the 135 internal temp on pork chops...........never dry that way. The extra touch seasoning with the cinnamon on the taters and rosemary with butter for the chops............NICE!
It looks delicious. My husband likes porkchops. I have found a great seasoning Onion Butter. It is in powder form. It would be great on any of your foods. I want to try it on porkchops and beans, maybe even the sweet potatoes.
I have pork chops out for tonight and was thinking if I should do them on the Flat Top. Boom, I didn't even search for Pork Chops on a Flat Top and your video somehow popped up without even searching. So tonight, this is what I'll make. Thanks, and looks great!!

Love the video! Just FYI, side pork cured is called bacon otherwise it is side pork or pork belly! All the same cut! I agree on the doneness of the pork chops! Most people overcook pork chops! Keep up the good work! God Bless!
Now that’s some mighty fine dining for sure! Pork chops looked great, sweet taters with green beans and country bacon with an apple onion chutney. Came together perfectly. Really nice supper!
Thanks Jay. Vegetarian stir fry today with rice noodles and portobello mushrooms. Should be fantastic. I have also filmed three separate endings to how to clean your flat top to show many different ways.
Cant go wrong. For years that was my steak seasoning with a little extra stuff. Now i make my own which has a complete different profile but I always have that on hand. I put that on sautéed or grilled vegetables to.
I'm never without Cavenders either, perfect seasoning!
Bro added Stevia....that's like having a diet coke with a big Mac and large fry 🤣
