Thanks for the rules. I find the artwork of this game amazing! Apparently previous work of Stappaerts is featured in the game 300, but artwork was way more discrete than on this game. I really hope he gets spotlighted after Scarface 1920
I sort of wish I would have backed this game to get all KS exclusives - but the delivery costs would have been super high to my country. I love the artwork (besides the map) and the gameplay seems fun too.
Am I right to assume if I seize an opponent neighbourhood, and they have cars/mobsters there, they stay after I capture it? They don't die and get sent back to Slums or HQ or something?
so att th-cam.com/video/pybgeaUiP0s/w-d-xo.html if you have 3 dealers. to do that deal you need to plan for every icon in that deal? you cant just do the once you can afford? and just not do the rest? so if a dealer contain 2 influence and 1 muscle if you then only have 2 influence you cant go there with a caracter to activate that dealers as you done have all the icons showing? this is also a bit strange with the upgrade thugs abilities + dealers. depending on what you can do or not. if you only do 2 of the 3, the dealers gives +2 or if you need all there is nothing there until you have all the symbols needed in the right combination to trigger a whole dealers den.. but they are treated as 1 dealer for that specific upgrade skill tho. so 1 resource for each dealer in one dealer den, but only if you activiate all? and activating some is nogo?
Correct. That's the decision you need to make. Do you make your deals larger so that you can get more out of them with only a single order action... while also taking the risk that you may not have the icons you need to activate it as often as you'd like. Or do you create many more accessible deals that don't yield as much in an action.
Just watched this again, and a couple of clarifications of things you mentioned: 1. The business are not actually legitimate businesses. Even in the 1920's, brothel, speakeasies, and casinos were illegal in Chicago 2. When you mentioned about the Elliot Ness figure and said that a player may never take an action that reduces their crime rate to or below Ness' figure (4:13), that is not *exactly* true. The way you word it, it sounds like if an action were to reduce a player's crime rate that would take them to or below the Ness figure, then the action itself cannot be taken, but that is not the case; the action still occurs, but the player's crime rate marker would just go to the space just in front of Ness.
I think the 1st crowdfunding is fulfilled, I am guessing the December 2024 is the 2nd print/crowdfunding. Probably best to contact the publisher directly.
When i place a Thug in the Underworld it trigger my crime by one. In youre example there is a Figure in the underworld and you place a New one, raise the crime by 2. Is this an error? One Gangster send to UW raise by one. Or if i send 2 its raised 2. But if there is one from an round before, i send one how much my crime is going up? One for the actual thug or two, one for this New and one for the one from the round before?

and if the game is terrible you can always use the minis for another game
How to order this game ? I only see that game found will have it and will ship in December 2024
