Within two weeks of the filming, Cecily changed her mind and walked away from the offer. Things changed when she was offered a listing with Tesco (for a total of 600 stores), 75.000 pounds won't be enough to fulfill the order so she unfortunately had to turn down the deal with Jenny. Instead, she turned to crowdfunding and successfully raise 422.000 pounds. Good for her!

Cecily Mills: It was a regrettable decision to have to turn her down but we got new contracts, which I can't announce yet [understood to be a UK national listing with a major retailer and a first order from Hong Kong] and that changed the dynamic of everything. We needed more money for working capital and my main investor came forward and said he would back us with a lot more money.

Cecily says that “it became apparent pretty quickly that £75,000 wasn't going to be enough to get a 600 store Tesco listing off the ground”.
Instead Cecily turned to crowdfunding, with a campaign on Seedrs at the start of the year allowing the business to raise £422,000, having been overfunded by 300%.

So she thought roughly 110k would be enough? Did she use the Dragons Den result in her probably long crowd funding campaign? Why not ask Jenny for the additional 30k, or get a bank loan?
I suspect if she ever gets to the Dragons Den with another product she will be out before she walks in.
