Wow... the old yugioh games sure reveal alot of scrapped story elements! Character's like Heishin and darknite showed up alot in the old games, but disappeared after falsebound kingdom. You may notice that shadow magus from dawn of the duel is wearing nitemare's armor
Throughout the LP I put on screen all the cards I grinded for and who I got them from. When grinding for cards get an S/A-POW or S-TEC to get the best chance for cards you need. The POWs are straight forward, beat your opponent using as few turns as possible. S-TECHing is more difficult. To Tec your opponent you have to use other means to defeat your opponent other than attacking directly. The easiest way to do this is "deck out" your opponent, although this is the most time consuming.
This was made when the writers were brainstorming battle city and dawn of the duel so there are some inconsistencies, like the one you pointed out and isis being a villain ( and a much better duelist)
@Tan4500 That's odd that you say that because from the experience I have with the game I had seen Pegasus have 2 different decks. One with a single Meteor B. Dragon, and the other with the ability to fuse for a B. Skull Dragon although its very rare to see that, so you saying that you had experienced Pegasus playing 2 MBD is strange to me... and thanks for the compliment!
About the Millenium Rod (it's called like this in Japanese, but they themselves refer to it more as a "scepter" in fact lol), in the manga it IS used by Priest Seto in ancient Egypt to seal Ka monsters into stone tablets (cf: yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Priest_Seto_(manga) )
@Damian3D6 thats REALLY lucky considering Peggy supposedly has 3 Meteor B dragons but i only ever seen him use 2 at the most. 20-30 thats alot more conceivable but you are very lucky. btw awesome lets play
@Tan4500 I didn't get megamorph in 1 S-tec, I got in about 20-30 S-tec which were hard to do because I don't have high defenses like Labyrinth Wall or high offense like Meteor B. Dragon... yet :P
Yeah the music is awesome.... Better than every other YGO game ever. I went my way off to rip the PSF files of this PsOne game nd converted them to WAV FTW. I'm listening to the whole 57 tracks in loop while playing my tag force games :p
the prince you play as isn't a dick to pegasus, shadi is a dick for smashing the millennium eye into his eye socket :P you got megamorph in 1 tec....you are SOOO lucky man. i remember stecing peggy for a whole week to try to get 1 lol.

Poor Tristan/Honda was nowhere to be seen in this game. Also, I liked how even if you lost a duel to a friendly character, you still got a game over.
