Such good information. Sometimes a very overlooked condition is an iliopsoas strain. It happened to my tiny Pomeranian shortly after having luxating patella surgery. The iliopsoas strain has symptoms extremely similar to the cruciate ligament tear. My vet treated my dog with laser and it truly helped. Thank you for such great content! 😊
Dogs do much better with Red light, laser, and pemf therapy, IMO Looking into hydrogen water, too . People talk about diet but not water which is so important. Heavy metals are everywhere and the therapy above affect mitochondria, helping detox pathways, too
My sidewinder horse greatly improved with acupuncture. It helped give him a few extra years. Dr. Salewski in the Portland area did it. The effect was stunning!
My 8-y/o pug/pomeranian mix has hip dysplasia, which I discovered mid last year when she dislocated her right hip. She's been going for hydrotherapy every fortnight since her recovery. However, she's been limping on and off lately. Recent x-rays show worsening right hip arthritis and left luxating patella in her hind leg (this was not identified last year). I'm really upset because my dog is still active and loves to run and play. But, I have to restrict her level of activity because of her condition. Can stem cell therapy help in the long run? How long does one injection last? My dog has been raw fed since 3 mths so I'm suspecting poor breeding practices...
My rescue has been on a balanced raw meat diet with no snacks for nearly 4 years. She still tore her CCL. She is incredibly active. She was 2 years old when we got her. So I wonder what her issue was and what caused it. My heart is broken.
Dr Marsden, what do you think is the reason for my Greater Swiss Mountain Dog having mild hip dysplasia by age 4 & bilateral cruciate tears by age 6 even though he's been raised right - from mommy's milk to raw diet & has never been on kibble, no vaccines after 4 years old, seeing a holistic vet since 1yr of age, and is a lean, working dog (so not an overweight couch potato pet). Does my dog have an autoimmune disease causing a circulatory issue that has resulted in the hip dysplasia & bilateral cruciate tears? I'd really like to know Dr Marsden's thoughts on my dog.
I have two newfoundlands one has had the tplo surgery and now is limping on her other leg! I would love to feed them your food but at their weight it is very expensive any options???? Thanks

His formulas REALLY work!!!❤
Since the new change to feeding animals vegetables and fruits was introduced, the ligaments & tendons are becoming problematic

What about IVDD? My veterinarian just prescribed galliprant. I'm nervous to give it to her.
Thanks!
