When heat pressing ceramics and glass, it takes a LOT longer than usual. Conde recommends 3 minutes at 400° for 2"x2" ceramic tiles. 12"x12" tiles they recommend be pressed for 7 minutes!

Don't use teflon with sublimation. It's holds moisture. Just butcher paper
And what is the temperature and time for canvas?
Temp 380 for 60 seconds
Maybe you need to wait for it to cool a bit before peeling it off

I think u didn't give the poly enough time to cure n thts y it looks melted.
