    While there is many ways to program for results and things depend on the client, I take you through my upper body max effort session and show you a template that I like to use for myself, and one thats worked for many of my clients.
    Everything from warm ups, exercises (which ones to choose as well), rep ranges, density training, power work, etc.
    I'll be doing videos like this more often with my own training or training my clients and breaking down the principles, methods, coaching, and much more....
