    Or just feeling better and not having nagging pains?
    If you're giving any of the above a resounding yes then improving your mobility and the control of your joints will give you a great return on investment.
    I understand mobility isn't the sexiest part of our training but maybe I can help you out a little bit with some exercises you may not have tried yet.

    WOW, I find this to be more helpful than a yoga class. Thank you. I'm recovering from a stroke and trying to regain my flexibility and mobility. While I admit, some of these I can't quite do yet. I find ways to compromise and progress towards the full range of motion

    My new Favorite guy RIGHT HERE 🔥🔥🔥 thank you 🙏🏾 I’m just an old personal trainer that needs to get back into the basics . I would train like this 5 days a week for about 1hr at night ... and then I got married with kids and POOOFF major set back .     I have to say I have watched this over three times. These exercises are phenomenal. I'm doing a PT course and am inspired to use some of these in my workout planning

    Doing all these exercises every week sinces i'm doing crossfit. Removes all the blocks in my body and makes me ready for new training. Without this video I probably would have been injured already. Thanks dude!

    Luka you are so informative with this channel I am Fitness Trainer I suggest this to people I train on my part time , I even make daily routine I take 3 mints of the video and do each one of them for 1 mint stop watching it . Thats amazing I have noticed improvement in my mobility

    Ive always wanted to see a video that explains or elaborates on how each of these exercises could help a particular sport function. Kinda like how the shoulder figure 8 could help mobilize the arm for a Baseball pitch?
