The fact so many get offended proves his point, and also so many miss the point he is making. If you want to have success, you need to take risks and find the mindset to be resilient when you struggle instead of running away from discomfort. So many people are miserable, but comfortable. Nothing is going to change by going to the same job you've been at for years and going back to your same apartment to watch the same things every night.
And it isn't going to hurt to grow thicker skin because people of today as so privileged by the sacrifices of our ancestors to give us freedom they don't realize anymore what it costs to get it. As a hint, it's a hell of a lot worse than being called a name.

The times are also different, we don't have to be so harsh to kids anymore. I'm not saying you should let them be entitled brats either, but small kids need limits, empathy and love. If there's only problems, no love, something is wrong. People are different, some are more resilient than others. If your life is only pain and suffering, that's not good either.

I love Arnold, but he has openly stated that he has no regrets about using steroids to achieve the iconic physique he became known for.
    That is certainly a shortcut.
While Ozempic should not be the sole solution - it's crucial to educate about healthy dietary habits, I don't see why we can't complement one with the other.

A short cut implies it was attainable without steroids.
His physique was not. It was more a requirement than a short cut TBH
