Born and raised in Regina! Thank you for making our home town look so fun and amazing. The city is really what you make it. Like any other city you'll of course find crime rates and bad pockets to visit at night, and some locals focus on the negative and forget how great this little city really is! Thank you for using this platform to really allow us to take pride in our home. :)

People may disagree, but I transferred for work from Edmonton to Regina. I was transferred back 2.5 yrs later. I liked Regina a lot. I think it depends where you live (I lived in Lakeview so close to park, trails, nice character homes, lots of ‘trees’). For me I felt safe, I worked downtown and would walk around anytime. Getting around is easy because of the size, people are friendly.. I liked Regina. Kinda miss it in a way...

I live in Regina. For people of any age, there’s two trampoline parks, and a indoor rock climbing place that has recently been opened last winter. Regina beach is 45 minutes out of town. For entertainment, there’s a variety of movie theatres. And the Brandt centre and conexus arts centre is where shows are usually held.

There is crime, but no different than other major cities. But in Regina Wascana Lake is definitely the gem of this city, so much rich beautiful nature to walk around in. Also, the outdoor Farmer's Market downtown is one of the biggest I have ever been too! Combined with super friendly people to talk to everywhere, these were definitely the top highlights for me visiting Regina
