- In this video, let me tour you in our neighbourhood in Regina. We live in the new community in Regina, Saskatchewan (SK) Canada. We migrated from Philippines to Canada. Saskatchewan is in the middle of the Prarie Region. Let me tour around and give you some information about the neighbourhood. Also, our brief story of migration at the latter part of the video. Wow! Two Words. I cried! What a lovely place in Saskatchewan to live and raise a family.
This video is amazingly beautiful and it reminds me of some my struggles, excitement and dedication to pursue a better life in Canada. I can totally relate in each part of the video and I find it extremely helpful for those are planning to move to Canada someday.

My husband and I are considering moving from Toronto to Saskatchewan (Maybe Regina in the next year or two and your video's have been helpful and such fun to watch. I am blown away by how beautiful and clean it is there. Saskatchewan is very underrated. I always knew in my heart it was a good place :)

Hello Mabelle, residential areas here are just like subdivisions but without borders and fences. Anyone can pass through the streets. Yes, our townhouse is situated in the corner, we have the view of North and East so morning is really bright for us. Thanks for always watching my videos!

The good place to seek temporary place is thru the FB Marketplace, if the requirement is hard enough to fulfill, you can try renting in Airbnb at first so that you can check and go around Regina first before contracting for a long term renting. South, East and North are the good communities. This neighbourhood that I showed was in the South end of the city. Thanks again as well pal! ❤️🙏

My wife and me are planning to move to Saskatoon next year. We are now in China, Despite of the nice job or the comfortable life we are enjoyed we still feel that there is something is missing which we can not obtain in China.We have talked with our daughter, of course moving to Canada will reset our life. the job or the life style. Maybe for sometime the life need a reset or a restart. We don't know. However keep working keep fighting keep struggling. Tomorrow is always worth of fighting. Hello Marielyn, right now, we invited our mom-in-law to take care of youngest son while we put our eldest in the daycare. Daycare is around $300 per month, with food and etc and it's going to be cheaper over the years due to the current govt program. Other family will have to do shifting at work to save daycare cost. Most of the part time works have flexible work arrangements.

For IT and CPA couple, best if you go to metropolitan such as Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary since there are opportunities for professionals.

Hello Shirley, this is in the South West of Regina which is the Harbour Landing Neighbourhood.
But just like any other city neighborhood in Canada, Regina also has it's dark side. It has beautiful places but sad to say, Regina is considered the second crime capital in Canada.
Probably "was" but not anymore. The most common reported crime in Regina is the break and enter, where if you were unable to unlock your vehicle, there's a big chance that you will lost your stuff by night. But for physical violence attack by a stranger that concerns us, I have never seen even I walk in the most dangerous neighborhood in Regina everyday for my work, so I should have been got the chance to get into trouble, but I never had considering that I look different.

@@WalkingJ just yesterday a homicide team was just at King Street. I am not saying these things to blemish the image of Regina, what I am saying is, to have a better appreciation of Regina, we should give both the positive and negative side of Regina.
Acknowledged, that's true. I have to give both positive and negative. Probably, if I experienced something bad, then I would probably vlog that one too. This video is a good representation of what the city looks like to me.
