      Totally! I think it only gets 1200 visitors per year or so (Banff gets something like 4 million), so it's way better for getting away from the crowds.

    I've done the Valley of 1000 devils hike twice now. It is one of the most magical places that I've ever been to. And the best part is that there is very little tourist pressure. Banff is beautiful, but you are always shoulder to shoulder with thousands of other tourists. That's not the case in southern Saskatchewan. Definitely a great place for the introverted tourist.

    I have a practical question for you guys. How do you go about to have rights to fly a drone in those parks ? Would love to get some drone shots as well

    • @MustDoCanada
      @MustDoCanada  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You need to request permission from the national parks. Usually, you can find the contact on the respective parks page and go from there. It's not easy but smaller parks are typically easier. Banff/JAsper/etc are almost impossible. But you will need an advanced license and 2-5 million in liability insurance.

    How about gas? I saw that east block is isolated and around two hours driving to west block. I want to see the badlands, but concerned about having enough fuel ⛽️

    • @MustDoCanada
      @MustDoCanada  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is kinda isolated. However, once you're there, ther'es not much driving. Just one cool beautiful short highway. Otherwise, you go hiking mostly. So if you fill up before (like near West Block, or near Regina), you should be fine. It's only about 1 hour from gas

    • @MustDoCanada
      @MustDoCanada  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Once you have an advanced license and insurance, you need to reach out and ask Parks. I believe they charge a daily fee unless there’s some mutual benefit.

      Lol. Trudeau lies to Canada 🇨🇦 from the start. Cannot balance a budget, his ministry quits on him because unethical practises (SNC Lavalin), haven’t had national budget in 2 years, shuts down Canada number one exports mining, oil. Doesn’t care about a Canadians imprisoned in China. Yet you like him. Please leave Canada 🇨🇦 now. Canadians value truth, trust, freedom, integrity (Justin Trudeau liberals fail to represent any of those values).
