Issac Abraham shift was pretty good bt launch was not perfect dnt rev ur engine at 5000 try to launch it at 2500 -3500 rpm dts when max torque available..wheel spinning took ur one second by launching it at 5000
Aditya manoj you drive really nice...at least someone showed the full potential of the 1.5 VTEC...Just imagine some weight reduction,ecu remap,turbo intercooler ,race headers, race intake and exhaust...control that wheel spin and get it to 100 under 5 sec...it'll be a beast for indian roads and between try to shift faster at redline. It was really nice though. I showed this to my friends and they realised what VTEC is and have their mouths open. Respect for VTEC 💯

launch it at 2k rpm and then ram it up till the redline. Most imp thing is the clutch part. You shouldn't take your own time in leaving the clutch. Rather just slide your foot aside and let it pop up by it own spring action. This saves the clutch plate from getting burned.

They are smooth, responsive and quiet and require very less maintenance compared to diesel engines. But it lacks the torque that diesel provides. So if there is a heavy load acting on the engine like if there are many passengers in your vtec, the engine performance gets sluggish. Also the dtec provides more mileage. So if you are looking for the overall good, i suggest you buy the dtec
I believe so ...V generation is not that stable at hight speed ..( may be new suspension set up is on softer side ) ...and I feel new city's cabin is not that silent too..ive seen rattling issue in brand new car ...in my humble opinion...IV generation was better ...( I own IV generation...and I went to upgrade it to V ...but then i decided not to upgrade and stick to my old 2015 model ...

the punto abarth's acceleration time is 8.96 secs which is more than my 8.8secs. Both the punto and gt are lighter cars and have a more performance oriented power train whereas mine is a sedan. Had they done the done the tests more vigorously as i have, they would have easily beat me.
lol you're wrong , the punto abarth reaches 100 in 8.8 not 8.96 and it weighs more than city at 1200kgs kerb so does polo , just because your city is a sedan doesn't mean it weighs more ,its lighter at 1050kgs, the city would be no match to the punto or polo on highway stability and cornering, the only thing the city would beat them is probably mileage and space thats it.... and you need a vbox to get accurate timings.
zamborghini green the Punto Abarth has 145bhp, fatter tires and will still barely beat the City in 0-100 run. The Polo GT TSI beating the City has to be a joke however. It has 103bhp and weighs a lot more. Plus, good luck launching your car with the DSG.

I have a ZX CVT but I accept manual is better as a carguy.
The I-Vtec comes into form after 4500 rpm. The stock tyres are shitty though. Better tyres can easily help shave off upto another 0.5 seconds.
