I kinda know what you mean.. Like I have nothing against Jesse but when I discovered KSE, Howard had taking over and imo he elevates the band higher...
@@ba7672 for me, it isn't so much Jesse's talent as much as it is that he is too preachy. If I wanted a bunch of christian dogma I would listen to old creed.
I fucking miss Howard with KSE SOOOOO much! Heard he's putting out music w/ Light the Torch. Supposed to be on some new stuff w/ a side project too but it'll never be the same. 🙁

They were best during Alive Or Just Breathing. Raw real emotion with a positive message. The end of heartache was good but after that it became too bubblegum pop rock. A lor of it was just corny and too soft. It was always great seeing Howard live with them in the early days though. Jesse is a way better lyricist.
