I hear ya Reyes, if its of any peace of mind, remember Stam Audio has both voltage modes in the power supply. Also, keep in mind that Reverb has a pretty good vetting process for both buyers and sellers. I didn’t find one anywhere else. Keep checking until one pops up. Wish you all the best!

Stam isn’t bad but isn’t that great I got the SA-87 and I wasn’t satisfied so I tried returning it, they are CLOWNS they tried playing around to not send back my refund and even flexed by saying my SA-87 was going to my new owner w out sending my refund and they held on to my mic for weeks w out sending refund
Sorry to read about your negative experience with Stam Audio. While I don’t agree with the business practice you’re claiming, I can see why a business would attempt to prolong a return. Remember, you’re buying directly from the manufacturer who’s already dealing with manufacturing costs but also shipping costs unlike buying from retail who already bought the product, most likely insured it so at the end, they’re mostly out of shipping costs.
I think Stam Audio started as great business idea (high quality components for a lower price) and has slowly moved to a good business who offers high quality w/reasonable prices. Even Golden Age Project and Peluso who offer premium components, still come just a bit short of Stam Audio but at higher costs than Stam Audio. I wish you all the best in your quest for higher end studio gear at a reasonable price.
I am sorry about your experience , I suspect there was some sort of miscommunication here. Per our return policy you have to return a microphone (undamaged) in order to get a refund and we always follow through on our 30 day money back guarantee. I trust you received your refund successfully?
Save ur money and most importantly your time it’s not worth it , u can def find better mice for cheaper
Oooh! A bit too late for that suggestion, I’m quite the Stam Fan Boy. What are your suggestions for cheaper and better mic choices?
@@reddmusiclab I wanted it to work :/ but they still have issues that haven’t fixed in 2 years and there’s a few but one that surprisingly caught my attention was the TZaudio Stellar x2 for only $140 , watch some vids on it

No problem 4900x, that’s is your prerogative. I am a long time actual Stam Audio customer and have gone thru ringer at times; at the end of the day, FOR ME! it is worthwhile. If you’re ever curious about any other Stam Audio products, I would go thru Reverb or EBay first to avoid the wait and return policy.
I looked into TZ Audio, it looks like a promising company, however, I don’t think they’re competing in the realm of higher end pro-audio. There’s nothing wrong with starting with mics or gear in the level of TZ Audio, but as you grow as a mix and recording engineer, you’ll start noticing the differences between entry level studio gear and higher end studio gear. Wish u the best as well and yea it just wasn’t the mic for me , everyone has their own mic but the SA-87 definitely did not compete with my Neumann 87ai the the Neumann just has more character and Gain!
