  • In this video my Oklahoma Joe's Rambler puts in work. I grill a Ribeye steak and Skirt steak. See how easily the Rambler cooks. I use kingsford charcoal lit by a charcoal chimney. The Oklahoma Joe's Rambler is a must have for table top cooking. 10-15-2020

    It's 5am and I'm watching this. Bad idea. That looked absolutely beautiful. Both the grill itself and the steak. You should be sponsored by Oklahoma Joe.
    Not to mention your knife was razor sharp cutting them steaks so well. I need to learn to this talent of grilling. Thanks for sharing this.

      Thank you for watching. Would be awesome to be sponsored by them, but feel I'm not big enough in the TH-cam community to be recognized. I'm just happy to produce content that people enjoy. It makes me feel good when I get comment like yours. Get a grill and get to cooking.

    Appreciate your Rambler videos Moe! 👍 Not that many on TH-cam. I just picked my Rambler up this past week, but we're having a heat wave here in Washington state, so haven't done the burn in or cooked anything yet. Looking forward to it! Keep those Rambler videos coming! 😎

    You should do a Rambler smoking video. I bet you could use the snake method with half the coal grate and have a water pan on the other half with the meat above...
    I’d watch it.
    That grill has gotten my attention for sure. Lots of ways to cook with the adjustable coal grate.

    Dude, bro, I saw a few times the video, the meat is cooked perfect, I just finished to eat beer can chicken, I'm full, but I look at your video and I'm hungry again, lol. I can get a french baguette and destroy the rib eye or the skirt steak. I'm from argentina and that looks great, thank you.

      Thank you for watching and for your kind words. Grilling steak and fajitas are the easiest meats to grill and most delicious. What cuts of meats do you like to cook in Argentina?

    • @Norman1965arg

      @@MoesBlackGoldBBQ actually I love to grill rib eye, skirt steak, chuck eye steak, is very similar to rib eye and is cheaper, flank steak also is good. I have a friend that brings once a month meat cuts like we have in argentina. Anywho, keep your self safe and your family, is spring time, meaning grilling time lol.

      @@MoesBlackGoldBBQ did skirt steaks (flavor and doneness was miles ahead of our propane grill). The grill was even better than I expected. Definitely worth the money! Used Kingsford original charcoal. Definitely got the job done but left a ton of ash to clean up. Might need to check more reviews to see what holds together better.

    So if you have to add more fuel you would first have to remove the food and then remove the food grates and then add fuel. Once you did that then you have to put back the grates and then the food. Is that about right?

    • @MoesBlackGoldBBQ
      @MoesBlackGoldBBQ  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Correct. If you have small amount of food, you can place the food on one side and remove one cooking grate to add charcoal/lump. You can also add the amount of fuel you need for your cook to try to avoid removing food/grates.

      @@MoesBlackGoldBBQ The other option is to lay unburned coals under your lit coals, so they burn longer, or if your fuel is running low with no much longer to go on your cook time, you can raise the coal tray to increase heat without more fuel.
