@@xp3r1 I get that, but I feel basketballs point scoring system makes it feel less important for every shot sunk. I still can watch basketball though but it always seems like there's less on the line per game
I would be a Grizzlies fan too if I had not been a Bucks fan already, who I've supported since 2018 because of two reasons: One, they were the first Nba team I ever watched and two, Antetokounmpo is an Arsenal fan, like me. Really wish the best for Morant and Grizzlies still.
@@ollebang I completely respect that. Most fans of basketball don't pick a team but watch they're favorite players instead. I bet the pay off was completely worth the wait when they won. I truly believe Ja, Jaren, Bane, and Williams will get us a championship one day and I'm hopeful they can stay healthy and get us one sometime soon.
@@Blade383210 words can't describe how happy I was when the Bucks won it. And I believe as well that the Grizzlies have a great future and a shot at the ring if Morant, JJJ and Bane stay healthy and continue to develop.
BMOnus used to be a Fifa career mode guy, but he's recently started doing long form videos instead (which I LOVE!) But perhaps some of his established Fifa audience aren't watching his new style of videos, low retention time results in them being ignored by the algorithm. I'm just guessing here, but I reckon that's why his content is SO slept on, (like the Maradona documentary he made recently) despite it being such high quality
When talking about loyalty and European players you can't not recommend to watch the Bucks. Giannis signed a 5 year extension and he's loyal as fuck, he wanted to win everything with Milwaukee and he did it. Great video tho
@@DavidJohnson-dp4vv I mean if he plays out the whole contract and not request a trade that is loyal if he wants to leave after that for whatever reason can't fault him would be 13/14 years at that point
As a Belgian Raptors fan, I can very much recommend teams such as the Warriors, Raptors, Heat and Spurs. They all have a reputation for developing young, underrated talent, which basically always keeps them "good" (in playoff contention). Because of the American system of a salary cap, every few years you will have to let go of some great players since you won't be able to pay for them anymore (or pay half a billion dollars in taxes), which will then cause regular good teams to start sucking again. Therefore, it is super necessary to be good at developing young, overlooked players to stay good, which is something these franchises are very succesful at.

Man as a Norwegian its lonely being a Basketball fan. My division here had 4 teams, 4! For the whole region. Not to mention you can count the number of Norwegian players on each roster with one hand haha. My team growing up was like me another guy, and then a bunch of Balkan dudes, like we speak english at practice. Not that its bad, but it says something about how little Norwegians care for basketball. But either way its a beautifull game, go nuggets!

I'm not saying they can't beat them but why the fuck would anybody want to bust their ass against KD in the 1st fucking round that is supposed to be the "easy" one after working hard to get 1st seed??? I was at Murray State at the same time Ja Morant was. That guy was insane to watch in college. 360 dunks and dunks over people in college, and he was doing stuff like this before he blew up on Sportcenter as a sophomore. As a freshmen, in Murray's preseason fest called Racer Mania he dunked over multiple teammates to show off his athleticism. Guy was a stud from day 1. Go Grizzlies!
Yeah, so not to defend Philly too much, however, there’s tons of underlying context why Philly booed Kobe that people (yourself clearly included) don’t know about. Kobe, in his sick and twisted, but brilliant/genius mind decided he needed motivation. This booing incident happened the season after he beat the Sixers in the finals, by the way and after he beat them he took digs at Philly saying he wanted to rip their heart out and started not claiming Philly, first. Said he was from Italy and that Philly didn’t mean anything anymore because now he’s an LA resident, etc. He did this publicly whenever Philly was brought up on purpose to piss Philly off, this is documented and you can look it up. He was “upset” that they booed him, but he knew it would happen. Philly gave him the exact reaction he was looking for to keep himself motivated. It looks bad, of course, but Kobe and Philly fans knew/know exactly what’s what when it comes to that. Look up Kobe talking about all of that years later
To be fair, Philly fans are widely considered some of the trashiest fans in all of the US... they're never happy, they act like a brainless mob, they constantly boo everyone even without clear reasons... I'm not from the US but all Americans I've talked, when I ask about who the worst fanbase is they always quickly answer "oh, Philly for sure"... nobody likes Philly fans... don't know if the reasons are objective or subjective but Philly fans are considered as horrible on their own... Kobe or no Kobe...
I'm from the UK, I went to the US 2 weeks ago and watched the Suns v Rockets and fell in love with the game. Suns my team now, and Booker is insane 🔥 honestly it's a great sport
@Chad Champion I love Tim Duncan! What an absolute legend on the court and a great personality off the court it was a real honour and pleasure to watch his career if I could pick a guy in any kinda mock draft to build my team around it would be him. Im from a small village in the southwest of England my hometown club is Plymouth Argyle FC, about as far removed from the bright lights and big city of top flight football as it gets and I wouldn't have it any other way, the passion of the supporters beats any of the big giants of London and Manchester so I always love seeing San Antonio and Milwaukee win a trophy and I'm still bitter about how it ended for Cincinnati in the superbowl their fans deserve a trophy and I fucking hate Stan Kroenke so much , with every fibre of my being lololol
I started watching the NBA during the 2015 playoffs and pretty much followed what the video suggests. After the season ended I did my research in yhe summer. I learnt about the teams, the stars, the history of the NBA and when the 2015-16 season started I had decided that I'll follow 1 team all season and that was the Oklahoma City Thunder. After watching countless of highlights of Durant and Westbrook the Thunder grabbed my attention. It's a little hard to live in Europe and watch NBA games, so I mostly followed them through highlights of the games, but then marked a game that was worth losing sleep. It was a game against the Los Angeles Clippers and an early battle for the 3rd seed in the west and it was amazing. When the playoffs came I wanted to watch the most games possible because I knew that with the Warriors and the Spurs both having historic seasons it was going to be hard. OKC managed to beat the Spurs in the second round and lost to the Warriors in the Conference Finals after blowing a 3-1 lead. I felt like the team had achieved more than I had expected so I was happy, but still disappointed because we were so close to the Finals. And the Kevin Durant leaves the OKC to go to the Warriors. I started following the Thunder because of him, but I became too invested in the team to leave now. So I stack with the Thunder and oh boy I didn't regret it. The team never managed to get past the 1st round of the playoffs, but I got to witness Westbrook's historic MVP season and the the Paul George trade, with him being an MVP candidate in his second season. Then the team decided to rebuild and traded both Westbrook and Paul George. And then, none of the star players I fell in love was on the team and my excitement fell off. I still followed the team a little, but didn't stay awake at night to watch any game. And that was the biggest mistake I made. Because that 2019-20 OKC team was special. The team was basically a some guys we couldn't trade last season, some young guys that we were looking to build around the team in the future and veterans we acquired through trades that basically their previous teams didn't want them. This team had 0.2% chance to make it in the playoffs and it did tied in the 4th seed and eventually lost to the Rockets in game 7 at the last possession. This team was a bunch of guys that wanted to prove themselves and they did. At the summer the veterans were traded to teams that had playoff success and the Thunder became the youngest team in the NBA and I'm still here following our young guys through their development and I'm having a blast. I never though I'd have so much fan rooting for a team that's 2nd to last in the standings, but the future is bright. I wouldn't recommend a new fan to watch an OKC game right now because our best players getting sidelined for the rest of the season due to injuries, but if anyone is interested you can watch some of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's clutch plays, or Lugentz Dort's amazing defense, or our Josh Giddey's passes. The playoffs are on their way and it's the best time to watch NBA games. It's a good opportunity for someone to start his NBA journey. The teams I recommend for someone new this year are the Suns, the Grizzlies, the Mavericks and the Celtics. Also don't be afraid to stick to a team. You will experience many ups and downs, but it's part of the fun. The NBA is built in such a way that a team won't stay bad for a long time (except for the Kings). If you managed to read the wall of text I just wrote you're the real MVP.
As a German I went down for dirk Nowitzki and followed the mavs. Now we have Luca and they play against germany in the European championship and I’m watching the match favoring both teams XD

Right now is a really good time for new fans to watch the nba .There are so many good ,different-playing style teams you can watch. There's competitive parity and nobody really knows who is going to win on a given day ,sure there are favourites but there's like 8 teams with some slim chance( if everything goes well) of winning the finals right now. There's so many new contenders and teams that are exciting to watch. The top 10 of each conference are all pretty strong with cool storylines and histories. Also alot of exciting young players

WHY ARE THERE 41 HOME AND AWAY MATCHES ITS SUCH AN ANNOYING NUMBER I DONT KNOW WHERE ITS FROM 3. Do all matches have 7 games repetitions or just some? 4. Why so many matches with the same teams even in the playoffs 5. AHHH WHY 41 I AM DYING INSIDE other then that it sounds cool
1. Every team is played in the regular season. 2. There are 82 total games. 41 is an even split. 3. In the playoffs, the first team to win 4 in a series advances. When both teams win 3, a decisive Game 7 is played. Every series can go to 7 if both teams win 3. 4. Because those teams are really fucking good. 5. See 2 above.
@@railenherman6482 well the reason why I wanted to know why 41 is that there aren’t 42 teams so you need to play some teams more then other. I did find the answer online about it which is like some teams play each other 2, 3 or 4 times depending on the conference but it was confusing at first
Basketball is really the best "American" sports, it just makes sense for the rest of the world. Put the ball in basket while looking cool doing it. Oh and it's as fair as it goes for all the teams! Trades are one of the best things in American sports really, something I would want to see happen in top level football where less than 10 teams dominate and the rest are just scraping to stay in the competition

Football fan who loves the NBA, the only things it lacks are real passion/hatred from fans and the league structure/other competitions that throw up some of the best stories in football (relegation and promotion, giant killings in the cups, players rising though the leagues etc) Once you get used to the high scoring you realise that a clutch play in the last minute or seconds is the same as a last minute winner in football
Totally agree. The NBA is super interesting but it gets boring when teams tank to get a better draft pick. Relegation could potentially stop teams from tanking
@@frederikxx-x-xx3179 surely there are enough players, fans, cities/states without teams and potential owners for 10 new franchises across the US to form an NBA2 with promotion and relegation. Over time it could expand

Well, NBA is so popular in my country that I'll probably say it's the second most watched League even though our Basketball League is pretty good and, fun fact, my ACB local team(Casademont Zaragoza) almost got Giannis Antetokoumpo because they were suprised by him and even sent a contract to him but he choose to go the NBA. Oh also, Luka Doncic absolutely smashed the ACB with Real Madrid before making the jump to the NBA, so he's looked like he's our prodigal son even when he's not Spanish. Also, I'm a little pissed that you didn't mention Trae Young as an upcoming star player(although he kinda was from the beginning lmao) and that the Hawks are a fun team to watch (they recently beated the Grizzlies without both Trae Young and John Collins due to injuries) and they also have a trio of Europeans which are pretty good(Clint Capela who's Swiss, Bogdan Bogdanovic who's serbian and Danilo Gallinari who's Italian, I love my Hawks.

As a lifelong Bucks fan (weird that even has to be stated now) seeing Giannis get his praise he deserves is always wonderful to see and not enough people are talking about that Chick-fil-a run stop the day after the Finals, incredible
Dad split season tickets back in the 90's so in Jr. High/High School I'd get to about 7 Bucks games a year. Then 2001 happened when I was in college and then a lot of disappointment.
I think another reason the Grizzlies are so fun (and good) is because like those earlier years in GS before KD joined, the entire team is made up of guys who have been there since they were rookies (Ja, Bane, Brooks, Clarke, JJJ) or guys who've been there a while now (like Kyle Anderson). Honestly, I hope their success encourages more teams to take time to build rather than completely shifting the roster every year in the name of "win now" *cough* *cough* Lakers.
It's still the best way for team building if you are not the lakers. Look at the last two standing last year, both built with young drafted players a few good vet signings and added 1 more star through a trade to built their contenders.
If any European or an nba fan in general wants to watch a young franchise that definitely has the potential to be special, and entertaining, but needs time to figure some things right. I definitely suggest the Orlando Magic. The Magic have bright young stars in the making of Franz Wagner a German beast who has mastered the euro, Bol Bol a 7'2 center who moves like a point guard, and Paolo Banchero who is breaking records in his rookie season! They started out rough but have been coming back in the east after a 9 game-win streak. This team has a lot of potential and they all are genuinely glad to be on the same team having fun. And since they are not a top 5 team in the east, you definitely can claim that you were a fan before they ever became good so thats another plus.

Old basketball fan here in Sweden. Great clip and comments, just a few comments here. 1. You must mention Lithuania. It's a small and poor little Baltic state (that's in Europe), but they sure love and know their basketball, and has produced NBA players like Marciulonis, Sabonis (x2), Ilgauskas etc. What's not to love when a small nation of the former Soviet Union beat the shit out of Russia or the US in basketball? I think that's why so many small countries love sports, because on the floor it doesn't matter if you're representing a superpower or not, you play on (almost) equal ground. 2. For a clueless European, the NBA drama is something spectacular to follow, and there is no more drama than the circus around our never-fading King James. His longevity, and all the drama around him is very entertaining. His diehard fans would protest about him only being mentioned as a great flopper, but also as an exciting player to watch. I mean, he might still be top 5 or 10, which might not be that exciting in itself, until you tell the European clueless person that LeBron is freaking 37 years old! This story line is enough to attract fans, and aging researchers to watch. Possibly, this would be more directed to older clueless Europeans. Young people, who has not been dinged by Father Time yet, may not be able to appreciate how effin' hard LeBron must work to take care of his health, body and longevity to still perform at his age. Another ongoing drama that might interest some female clueless Europeans is the famous ladies around the game. What is the Kardashian curse? Which female artist thirst for which NBA star? 3. You should also issue a warning about the great debate of a four-legged furry creature in the NBA. There are two guys, LeShannon Sharpe and Skip Clueless, who keep running a debate whether Michael Jordan or LeBron James is the greatest player of all time. It's a stupid debate by all accounts, it's like comparing whether the juiciest orange is more tasty that the freshest apple, but man does it make people emotional. For clueless Europeans, I'd recommend staying out of this debate.
Yeah, Shannon, and Skip are both terrible. We generally as Americans just ignore them tbh. The NBA drama is always great like you said, and Lithuania definitely belongs in the conversation as important to basketball as a country. That said shoutout to Sweden, got a couple homies from there, all very good people.
@@KiraDaBeastNY Oh, I didn't know that Americans ignored Shannon and Skip. That's great. Also, I remember being a teenager watching an extremely rare basketball story from inside the Soviet Union. This was rare because (a) basketball had no real place in Swedish media, and (b) from inside the Soviet Union. The story was about the Moscow team, CSKA Moskva, who by tradition should win every series or every game. They did this by consistently making the huge country's best players play for that team in all sports. However, there was one local team from Vilnius (I may recall this inaccurately) who had players who simply refused to play for the CSKA Moskva because they were the invaders of Lithuania. There was one Russian player on the Lithuanian team, but he had lived there for a long time and married a Lithuanian woman, so he was accepted. I clearly remember the video clip from a home game in Lithuania when the CSKA Moskva team went there to play as very blurry and limited. The court was measly and in poor condition. The place was packed with an audience who absolutely loved the fact that the local Lithuanian team defeated the CSKA Moskva team. This was the first time I truly understand how sports and politics can intersect, how fantastically important basketball was in Lithuania, and how good it must have felt to beat "the Russians" in a seemingly meaningless physical activity.
@@Littlebert No problem, it’s on going rn and it’s this tournament of universities in the US and since it’s not a round of 7 games maximum like the NBA playoffs, but rather just 1 game where it’s win or go home, it’s arguably more exciting. The Celtic’s is a great team to support for new fans I’ve been a fan since 2015 living in Ireland and we have a young strong well coached team with history to be proud of and a mvp candidate for years to come and the match time are usually manageable to watch life I haven’t missed a game since the beginning of the 2017 so I would recommend supporting a team in the east so you can watch the games live instead of them begging at 2:00 in the morning

I think the NBA does better than the NFL cuz it’s certainly more interesting to watch as well as the personalities in the NBA are some of the best in sport imo and ppl can actually play basketball compared to football 😂 it’s really hard to get an offensive team, defensive, special just to play a fucking sport correctly
Hello, European friends! Do you like teams that are basically feeder clubs for the big boys? Plucky underdogs who are a few years from the big stage? Do you like Ajax, Southampton, Real Sociedad, or RB Salzburg? Teams that are, like, 100% youth system and 0% blockbuster transfers? Have I got a team for you! The Oklahoma City Thunder are the best *run* team in the sport, hold something like 17 first-round draft picks in the next five drafts, possess a genuine Star Boy in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and have a few European talents (Alexei Pokusevski, Olivier Sarr, Theo Maledon, Vit Kreici) to make you feel right at home! Just don't get too attached to anybody, and don't worry too much about the playoffs. You're a basketball hipster now!
Great video! I’d love to see a clueless European’s guide to the wnba as well. I grew up around a family of die-hard women’s basketball fans, so I’ve had a lot of exposure to the league as it’s grown rapidly (not unlike the mls) in the last 20 years. In some ways I think the wnba is a lot more engaging and approachable than the nba, and every game matters a little more. Women’s basketball has slightly lower scoring and an emphasis on spreading the space that I think are much more comparable to soccer than the men’s game. Both men’s and women’s are great and in many ways are different games, but women’s basketball in the US is far and away the best women’s sport on earth. Awesome storylines, relatable players, really enjoyable games, the wnba is just awesome all around.
I used to think this too, but a year or two ago I discovered women’s mma and I think UFC and even the other worldwide promotions of woman’s mma, is the absolute best woman’s sporting product in the world. It’s so explosive, technical, and raw. And it feels so rare to see a women’s sport match their male counterparts’ intensity, spectacle, and pure guts/showmanship as mma does.
@@JonPawesome I respect ur opinion but I just can’t agree. Just not into any combat sports myself. When it comes to team sports, I’d say women’s basketball and women’s soccer are both awesome to watch, but I am biased bc I am a massive soccer fan for mens and womens, plus as I said earlier grew up around a family of women’s basketball fanatics. In my opinion, the amount and quality of emotion you see in women’s basketball is just about unmatched in any other sport.
@@pjkerrigan20 that’s awesome! And I agree women’s basketball and soccer can have the most amazing energy and emotion. It’s not a bunch of mindless brutes as I thought it was.
I've tried countless times to watch basketball but I guess there's just too many points, it just ruins the action of scoring a point. Both in american and european football, scoring a touchdown or goal is a burst of emotions from the fans. I started watching the NFL this year and your guide helped me a lot, I'm going to try again this season, but I'm starting with just the playoffs, two years ago I tried to keep up with the NBA but got sick of it two months in because of the sheer quantity of games, it's insane and you get completly lost in the season, plus the regular season has no value, in contrast with the NFL where every game matters
I’d recommend trying to watch some of the men’s and women’s March madness games this year if you can. College basketball can be much more engaging than regular season nba. I’d also recommend checking out the wnba. It’s a slightly different style of play from the nba, but there are fewer games and just as many massive stars, storylines, and dramatic moments.
Lots of NBA fans from the US just watch the playoffs, then it's less games and they're all meaningful. I would recommend that, playoff basketball is on a completely different level of intensity and competitiveness
You should really try to stick to one team/player and just follow them for the season. The quantity of teams and games can be very overwhelming for people trying to get into the sport.
Its the opposite for me. Soccer has too damn few points. Like im watching a sport for 3 hours of people running back and forth. Might as well watch cross country.
I think maybe quickly explaining the draft would be good, when i first started watching i didnt get that concept, seeing as most europeans sports leagues are Not franchised leagues like American ones are
Its hard to imagine a person who has never heard of the NBA at least once in their lifetime. This excludes ethnic groups who refrain from using technology either by choice or because of economic reasons.

@@joaofigueiras1106 I’m European too and pretty much all of my male friends watch or know many things about the nba. After football, basketball is pretty much the most popular sport here lol. Even almost all my female friends have heard names like lebron james and stephen curry
As a warrior fan, I wouldn't say all the draft picks sucked pre-Steph Curry. Chris Mullin, Rick Barry, and Nate Thurmond were really good, but the front office ruined dynastic chances on passing Kevin Garnett in 95, Gordon Hayward/Paul George in 2010, giving away Robert Parish, Tim Hardaway, Mitch Richmond, Penny Hardaway, and even switch trades when they got Vince Carter!

I’m American and I just got into the NBA and I’m telling you it’s so fun to watch!! Especially when you go and watch them live!
Another point…. WAY before Dirk, Dallas drafted Detlef Schrempf in 85, who is the only other German player to make it to an NBA finals.

This is going to blow up. Bravo this is amazing. Showing all my people I want to watch basketball with me. Thanks bro
Great video, Watched the superbowl one and watched the semis and Final and loved it, Gonna check me some NBA games now! :)
Welcome to the NBA family!
You should watch March Madness. It’s one of the best basketball events. Some say it’s better than the NBA playoffs even.
@@TokyoBalletReprise Cheers bud, I'll check it out :)
@@Littlebert No problem, it’s on going rn and it’s this tournament of universities in the US and since it’s not a round of 7 games maximum like the NBA playoffs, but rather just 1 game where it’s win or go home, it’s arguably more exciting. There’s also this team in this year’s tournament called “St Peters” that are the biggest underdog in the tournament’s history.
Thanks for the shout out to the SPURS. I was waiting a long time for that.
The Celtic’s is a great team to support for new fans I’ve been a fan since 2015 living in Ireland and we have a young strong well coached team with history to be proud of and a mvp candidate for years to come and the match time are usually manageable to watch life I haven’t missed a game since the beginning of the 2017 so I would recommend supporting a team in the east so you can watch the games live instead of them begging at 2:00 in the morning
big game tonight let’s go C’s
Being american and living in England playing ⚽️, i’ve seen a lot of Warriors fans and anything Warriors related. Being a warriors fan myself, i embrace that.
We need A Clueless European's Guide to the NHL!!!
Someone probably needs to make a guide for Americans first since it's much more popular and culturally canadian than american
It's fine. We just need A Clueless Guide to the NHL. Even if we know most of the stuff. Just for entertainment purposes and for the people that don't know anything at all.
Just don't watch the Canucks and Buffalo and ur good. Most painful teams to be a fan of
The 3pt evolution in the nba tier-list is kinda funny because that's my thing playing basketball, and stealing the ball
That white power bit was gold 😂
been waiting for this
I like how I’m still watching this even though I’m a diehard nba fan and can name almost every player on every team 😂
Europeans are more diehard about NBA than Americans.
Fellow basketball fans, there is basketball champions league happening right now, there are matches in the evening live on YT champions league profile. It's for free and entertaining! Galatasaray match will be great for sure
Love it! Just one thing to add, NBA playoffs are amazing, but my European friends, the best playoffs in American sports, are the Stanley Cup Playoffs in Hockey. They’re just on a whole other level.
I'd also like to note Manu Ginobili is Italian descended as well so yeah lol. Also Ja Morant funnily enough is from the same area in South Carolina as Zion and they grew up playing together. Helluva thing.
Everybody still sleeping on the Suns...
Because they’re like the Leicester City of the NBA. They can win but they won’t get the publicity of the lakers or nets. And until the suns get the ‘chip they won’t nearly get the respect
Ive been waiting for this video even though ive been a Bucks fan since 2017
I think the NBA does better than the NFL cuz it’s certainly more interesting to watch as well as the personalities in the NBA are some of the best in sport imo and ppl can actually play basketball compared to football 😂 it’s really hard to get an offensive team, defensive, special just to play a fucking sport correctly
I’m a die hard American football fan and I don’t know much about the NBA. So this was helpful
O.K.C. hipster fans be like: “My tastes are too esoteric to watch mainstream playoffs-winning or All-Star-having teams” 😆
W comment
Rockets better sadly
This video single handily earned you a sub, absolute W of a video
I only recently got into solo sports bc there’s so little to hide behind other than your own skill and desire. You should give tennis and mma a chance, you’d be surprised! It’s not a bunch of mindless brutes as I thought it was.
I'm from Milwaukee Wisconsin, a diehard bucks fan my entire life, why did I watch and enjoy this so much?
It’s a slightly different style of play from the nba, but there are fewer games and just as many massive stars, storylines, and dramatic moments.
playoffs is where it's at man. easier to follow.
U forgot Marcus Smart as biggest flopper
I think maybe quickly explaining the draft would be good, when i first started watching i didnt get that concept, seeing as most europeans sports leagues are Not franchised leagues like American ones are
13:57 The most shocking thing in this video for any European is probably hearing that the Spurs used to be a dynasty 😂😂
If you watch the NHL, can you do a European’s guide to the NHL, it has the best playoffs in the world, and it’s not even close.
Its hard to imagine a person who has never heard of the NBA at least once in their lifetime. This excludes ethnic groups who refrain from using technology either by choice or because of economic reasons.
Bro we got basketball in Europe 😭. You're talking like this is about some foreign concept and not an extremely popular sport in Europe
Yeah, he acts like we don't watch NBA, while it's probably the most popular league outside of football in Europe
extremely popular in some parts of europe, not in all parts europe... this video is intented for a UK, ireland, whole scandiavia, benelux countries, slovakia, romania...
@@SaidenthePJogirl yeah, sure but you know that in the Balkans, Spain and baltic states Basketball in general is very popular, hell even in my Poland a lot of my friends watch NBA at 4:00 am or something
@@SaidenthePJogirl and like usually people can name at least a couple of players and teams meanwhile in the NFL all they now is Tom Brady and Superbowl half-time show
Finally posted 😂!!!! Beeen waiting for weeks. Mans needs to post regularly
I am anything but clueless, but the video is too good for me to not watch it 😅
Edit: Yeah this is just too good. I've got to send this to some of my guys at school to convert them to Basketball lmao
Thank you, im british and i dont hide my hate for most american sports. American Football stops and starts every 10 seconds, Baseball is the slowest game ever, but basketball on the other hand is way faster paced than our sports and just looks so entertaining.
every European knows at least basic stuff about NBA lol so this video isn't as necessary as the NFL one. do one about MLB tho
agree lol, a lot of my friends in Portugal watch the NBA, and I'm sure that it's similar in most european countries
We have our Euroleague!! NBA is circus 😂😂😂😂 until playoffs.
factos 95% of people who watch these videos are american
We need an update cuz if we want to talk abt Europeans…………
Victor “The Alien” Wembeyama
The best European player isn't luka it's Jokic and it's not even close
Just wait 1-2 years and Luka would blow out the water Jokic.
i love this channel so much
Don’t know why I watched this given I’ve been a big nba fan for years but somehow still enjoyed this a lot
