    13:43, yes! Intermezzo Op. 118 No. 2 by Brahms! I recently just played that at a recital. It's a beautiful piece and one of my favorites to play.

    • @robertcopeland1464
      @robertcopeland1464 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, middle section of Brahms Op. 118 No. 2. The whole piece is absolutely gorgeous. The first part provides the theme music for Chief Jesse Stone (Tom Selleck) in TV dramas when he's lamenting his sorry life at home with his golden retriever. He always plays the old Glen Gould LP as he sits down with his scotch.

      Anything is possible. Try for a 12-month payment plan from American Musical Supply (199 down, 333 a month). Even with crappy credit, you might get approved. Same goes for Zzounds... try it. I never thought I'd be able to own one, either (and I'm poor, too)

    Outstanding demo. Almost makes me forget that it’s a single-manual keyboard, when it comes to knowing all of the different parameters under its hood. It’s pretty clear that is what the split and layer functionality is supposed to represent, a substitute for the presence of two keyboards.
    You ladies and gentlemen at Kraft Music also sell Roland products. How many of these features also show up in the Juno DS synthesizer models? The tech is the same, but what about the features?

    • @isaacfanai2006
      @isaacfanai2006 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Peller hey I do t know if you ever did but this is a lot more limiting than the Kronos. I own a Kronos and I’ve reseated quite a bit because it was either NS3 or Kronos and if you put time into the Kronos the Nord engine itself can’t compete. Sounds are personal taste but engine and control wise Kronos is miles ahead of the Nord. But it really depends on what your looking for in your keyboard. Like the Kronos, you can do up to 16 layers and splits. Nord you can only do 2 of each engine so 2 piano, 2 synth, 2 organ and such and the sound editing is nowhere near the Kronos and plus it’s $1000 more.

On the side I have a sample pad, and I can make all these sounds plus more, and all in all I only have about $1200 invested counting my two tiered stand. Even though, I'd love to have this Nord!

    Looks a very well made lump but too much money for me to justify. I particularly like the IEC mains input rather than the independent DC power brick and the fact that the audio sockets are mechanically attached to the body, i.e. not not reliant on the solder joints on the pcbs for mechanical strength . Fed up of replacing such sockets on other brands of keyboards. Still using the Maplin keyboard that I built 40 years ago from a kit: just need to learn to play it rather using it as a door stop!
