The slow shift from atmospheric yet pragmatic Burial-inspired beats to completely amorphous ambient tracks paired with hauntingly disgusting imagery is a welcome development from you, AgonyOST. But the reason I can tell it's you is because this shares the same DNA that all your music has shared, now and across time. The bass, the ambience, and the despair may have taken a backseat to more popular elements, but they were there just as they remain here now. Perhaps this is what you truly were the entire time. I think the best way to describe this song is like feeling as rock bottom as you can get - alone, hopeless, & feeling like there’s nothing left to live for. However.. the second half of the song sounds like there’s hints of hope - moments where the Ambience feels uplifting & warm. It was during the second half of the track that I actually started tearing up. It’s very bittersweet. But it doesn’t last long before it feels cold & isolated again. Just.. wow. What an experience this track is. A work of art.

My previous comment might have been ironic or not. But after re-listening this whole track a few times. It really gave me a whole different perspective. This could be the most emotional AgonyOST track i’ve ever heard so far. The whole ambience in the song by far really is beautiful, calming. Then it tries to scare you with the scream and with the vocals. Then it just keeps going with the ambience again… Switching the whole sound type by minute. And then it hit me… 13:47 exactly this part. It just really shattered me and I couldn’t just stop tearing up. It really just made shed tears as I kept just listening and listening. It gave me sad thoughts and reminded me how harsh and sad reality can be. Made me think about my lost vague painful memories that I had in my life, flashbacks. Then after that It just goes with more amazing varieties of ambience… Thank you AgonyOST. I really hope you don’t stop creating masterpieces. This is heaven to my ears.
