Thanks, great info. I just picked up a 1998 Olds Intrigue that has been in a garage for many years. The paint looks great and shiny but it is ruff and needs a lot of work. It has some areas in the front where there is dirt embedded into the paint, that washing does not get off . Any ideas of how to get it clean?
Awesome, when you initially added compound to the microfibre pad, it was a significant amount. Do you repeat that application of compound exactly the same again for every panel? Or just first?
You could start with just the 3-4 pea sized dots as shown on esoteric detail channel. They showed less haze with much less Polish and no pad priming. A small bit of water spritzed will help on a new dry pad. Ideally cleaning pad often or changing it is helpful.
I just inherited a very nice white pickup. I took the pin stripes off and I need to compound it. As far as I know the truck has never been done. Start with m110 for those swirls/scratches? I know it's me that can see them, lol. Excellent video!
I really enjoy your series. Real world.
Thanks!

Why I always lease or buy white vehicles cause it shines really nice even if not a great detail cause I’m not a professional
So I need compound my car does that include having to polish after the compound ?
Will microfiber pads give you a better polish than foam? I heard on some forums that foam is best to get a high shine finish
